They dont solve the problem. When I raised my issue, they said that they cant solve it right and asked me to wait for an eternity on call and then cam back with an answer saying the specialist is not available and asked me to call back later

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Amazon Cons: No human to talk to, Always tend to lock accounts, Price gouging during crisis horrible company.

The issue has not been resolved yet and it’s already a month. Not sure how Amazon works in the account specialist department but this is ridiculous.

I’ve been calling Amazon every single day since Jan 12 to remove the hold on my account. Every time I call, I’ve been told to give all the details yet they won’t solve it. All they do is say that they have escalated the matter to account specialist department and they’ll contact me within 24 hrs but those 24 hrs never end there is no communication from Amazon on this. I’m taking out an hour out of my schedule daily just to talk to Amazon to get the issue resolved but of no luck.

I’m really pissed off and this is now effecting my mental health too.

I’ve spent more than 30 hrs to talk to this agents during this entire period but the issue still persists. Please look into this.
