My membership was up April 9 2018. So after doing checking into their renewal pricing I found that the had a low income rate.

So i wanted to renew at that rate when my current membership expired.

So yesterday March 26 i called and talk to a rep and explain to her i called amazon last week about this rate and she told be that i needed to give my information to customer service and will make the rate change when current when current expires.

And i would also receive a credit for last years membership at that rate. Well none that happen they cancel old membership which had not expire yet and charge me for new membership.
