My personalized decanter arrived broken. The stores they would replace it asap and that was Dec.
16th and they have not responded to any attempts to contact them. I am thoroughly disgusted.

My wife and I ordered two Black Friday specials. We were told that it was in-house, and we found out a week later that it's being shipped out of China.
Our bank account was charged and we have not received one email from the sender or from Amazon. I have a tracking number.

Sent a broken item and wouldn't replace it. This is a common practice at Amazon. Their customer service representatives aren't really helpful because they are from overseas.

The representative put forth no effort to help resolve a broken product received from Amazon. No offer of replacement or refund. The representative hung up on me.
I explained that I wasn't looking for a return but a replacement on the broken product. The package was a christmas gift and was opened on Christmas Day to discover that the product was broken. Customer service did not offer replacement. I argued that something had to be done to remedy the broken product.
The representative then hung up on me.
I had pictures of the broken product inside the packaging but no way to send it. With Amazon's extremely limited human customer service, I was at a loss as to what to do having opened a broken christmas present at a $200 cost without any option to replace it.
User's recommendation: If you order something from Amazon for Christmas and you find the product broken upon opening they will not replace or refund after 30 days and customer service will hang up on you.

The delivery driver threw the package and busted the liquid all over the items, which are now contaminated. I am so upset at the fact that they don't know how to handle packages.
Amazon needs to retrain the delivery people on how to handle packages that contain liquid. This is very uncalled for.
I need to basically replace everything because I can't even send it back to you guys due to the fact that everything is busted. So, I sent the pictures.

My wife and I have been waiting since September 17th, 2024, for a refund. This is due to the Amazon seller being a scammer who never shipped the product.
The scammer bypassed Amazon's system by labeling it as 'ran out of stock' and issuing refunds via an electronic gift card.
This card was controlled by the seller, however, they would never add money to it or issue a refund. Amazon has stated to us countless times that they would issue a refund, but it has never been sent.
