When I received my package, it was not packaged properly. The wig was just in the bag by itself .
The hair net wasnt even on the wig . I also just received none of the extra items thats supposed to come with the wig. For $100, this is not handle with care or appreciate it.
I needed this wig on this day and couldnt use it because of mis care . This wig had to many knots in it .

I had to take the light back off. Seal it Because there are cracks it and hope it doesn't retain moisture again.

Back on July 16 2024 I ordered a pair of waste 40 with 15inch long instead they sent a pair of waste 34 and those were to small so I return them so today is January 27, 2025 and still waiting for my refund. They keep saying 24_48 hours too get approved for a refund and that's if they feel like giving me a refund.

Today, January 29, 2025 at 5:27 pm, an Amazon delivery person disrespected, cursed, and threatened me at 111 Chestnut Street, Toronto, Canada. I merely questioned him about why he threw the package so hard at my door and why he didn't knock.
I want Amazon to fire this dangerous individual. The package is broken and the box is also damaged. I will have to check if the camera is functional. I need this incident to be taken seriously as I am now afraid, since he knows where I live.
Amazon should investigate who he is and further train their delivery personnel to respect customers. I expect an apology from him in front of the police, and from Amazon. I also request a free 3 months Prime membership. If not, I will take your company to court for endangering my life with your delivery person.
I hope you dismiss these sorts of individuals and ensure our safety. Amazon in Canada should provide a customer service phone number and a process for complaints about delivery personnel.
Attached are pictures with my tracking number. Now you should know who the person that delivered my package and disrespected me is.

Nothing was resolved! Do not buy anything over $40 or 40lbs. I am still being told to return a 78lb electric wheelchair which does not work right and cut up both my legs.

I never received the item and I called Amazon customer service. They said they couldn't help me because the order was canceled , i told them i have screenshots and they said they have nothing on there end and refused to help I NEVER CANCELED THE ORDER AND AMAZON TOOK THE MONEY OFF MY CARD I HAVE THE PROOF AMAZON WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED!?!?
I'm missing a Christmas present for my kids and I'm out $316.48. I want a full refund or the bike ASAP!

The hair color that was sent from Amazon in a bag, without any bubble packaging to protect it, caused the packages to break inside the envelope. I want a full refund without having to pay a dollar for it. Furthermore, I want to speak to a customer service representative, not AI.

I contacted Optima warranty by email and am awaiting contact. They are not answering the phone.
I contacted Autozone who is a dealer and they are unable to help. I have left a warning for Amazon buyers to avoid buying Optima battery products as you are on your own if there's an issue.
I have a Optima battery that has failed after a year. It has a 3 year warranty.
Amazon is sending me to Optima rather than replacing it. Very inconvenient.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The items were finally delivered. There was an apology and I received a $10 promotional credit.
I ordered 2 childrens umbrellas on Dec. 7 and it didnt arrive until December
22 when it showed a two day arrival from Amazon.
When I tracked the package I started in Arizona then two stops in California where it was on hold for a while.
Then it arrived in its destination of Honolulu only to be sent back to California and then back to Honolulu a couple days later. There is definitely an issue with Amazon shipping.

When I opened the box and saw that the back of the blower was cracked, I have been calling and sending photos ever since I received it but I am not getting any help with the problem. That's not a small amount of money for something that is not working and I am very upset with all this. So, how can I get my money back or receive a replacement?

The hold times are crazy, after being transferred 3 times, and each transfer asks the exact same questions, my frustration level was at an all time high.
Upon leaving, he decided not to use the "turn around", and backed out. 1/4 mile of windy, wet and soggy road. Doing so caused a fair amount of damage to the driveway.
The frustrating issue i have, is the 36 min phone call.
I was on hold most of that, transferred 3 times and most of the conversation when I got to the person I needed to talk to was account verification! Ridiculous!!
