Praising the customer service representative, Devine.

My package was not delivered and an Amazon representative named Devine assisted me. She was thorough, efficient, sympathetic and compassionate.

User's recommendation: Request delivery by UPS rather than some unknown third party who doesn’t know what he/she is doing.

Amazon - Return item price outrageous to return cost more than hald of what I paid.
I contacted company and told them that UPS wanted $77.00 to return and United States Postal Service wanted $45.25 to return the mirror to Cymax. I paid 45.25, cause the mirror Martin Stevenson was suppose to be Bronze which I ordered, but is pure black. Seller said it would cost me 25.00. Not here in Kansas City, MO. I want my return amount credited back to my credit card. The amount was half the amount of the mirror. Outrageous. If I would have known that before I ordered, I would have not ordered in the first place. Please advise.

Order sent wrong address

Amazon has been sending one of my orders to the wrong address since August. The person living there hasnt returned them and Ive tired to cancel the order but the system refused me. This is really sad that me as a loyal customer have to be treated this way! Amazon removed money out of my account and I never received the product! Very disappointed

I want the Delivery Fee rescinded for people in my area.

My orders

The answered call was horrible. The customer service rep said she was putting me on hold so she could help me then transferred me to USPS which was what I was calling them about. Last week they delivered a chest freezer to the wrong address and made me handle getting that resolved and thus week another missing item that says I have to pick up from post office. I have been a valued customer of Amazon but Im about ready to cancel my account!!
