Amazon - Facing The Responsibilities To The Customer
Ordered 1/12/2019 to receive from 1/24/2019 to Feb. 2/1/2019. Today's date 3/4/2019 still have not received my i-cool order of $69.98 ??? I ordered from Amazon - not from Amazon's Supplier ! Was ordering almost every week - now stopped !! Elaine D.

Amazon - NOT 2 day shipping
Ordered Amazon Prime item on Sunday and it said available for “free 2 day shipping with delivery by Friday” have to pay $3.99 to “rush delivery” and get it by Wednesday. Can’t they count calendar days???? Seeing this more often - what am I paying Prime membership for?
