The driver dropped my box hard on the ground and I heard it all the way up stairs I got it in I havnt opened it cause im waiting for one of my boys to bring it up stairs im still up set how it was handled im looking for a small compensation for my troubles

We are having so much trouble with your delivery service here in area code 49736. When shipped with Amazon instead of UPS, we (many of us) are Prime members, and we are not receiving our delivery at all or weeks later.
When shipped with Amazon instead of UPS, who always delivers on time, this picture is of your Sault Ste. Marie location that is responsible for delivering our packages. This is not acceptable for a company like Amazon or for customers like us. If you can't ship our packages to zip code 49736 as Prime members by UPS, we will be forced to shop elsewhere.
We buy a lot of products from you but expect the service we deserve.

On December 30, 2025, I placed orders for different things for a new place I was moving to. However, it has been deemed inhabitable, and now I am no longer there.
I had no problem canceling all the other orders with Amazon, but this one has given me a hard time. The current status is that it hasn't even shipped.

Resolved: 1 billion in profits a day & I can't get a real person on the phone to help me. I want my refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I requested to put refund towards my credit since I replaced my card.
Stay vigilant. They make 1 billion a day in sales, and should not have issues like this. Once I use my credit, I'm deleting app.
Hopefully there's another way to pay for my Blink subscription. If not, they do automatic withdrawal so I dont need the app.
Return was shipped 01/14/26 and delivered 01/21/2026 to Hebron, KY, with 2 cameras from Blink. I asked to have the refund credited to my Amazon account; it has not been refunded.

Please fix this. I have been trying for days to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I would like to send an email explaining. This has been going on a month.
Very bad!!! This is regarding my order number 112137****661326 ordered on January 13, 2026. The table that arrived did not resemble the one pictured online. False advertising?
The seller assured me that upon return of the table in perfect condition, they would give me a full refund. I received a $309.79 refund but I paid $651.72. When I returned the table I was told I would have to pay shipping which was $565.49. I contacted Amazon and they said go ahead and pay the shipping and Amazon would start an A-Z claim to get the return of my postage.
The next thing I heard from Amazon was that the claim was denied because I did not qualify for the A-Z refund.
I am a long time customer of Amazon prime and have always appreciated their service. However, things are changing. I would not consider myself a pissed customer but rather a very disappointed one. This process has been going on for several weeks.
In one email, Amazon threatened to close my account and no longer allow me to order from them. If you check some of your online wording, it says if you return a product unopened, and in perfect condition, you will receive a refund!- Who in their right mind would return something without opening it to see it?! At this point, maybe I have become a pissed customer I would like to be treated as a human being not an AI robot.
Im asking you for my full refund from the seller and a return of my postage from Amazon who said they would get that for me. As I am a long-time customer, I appreciate your help in this matter and expect a timely response - Donna de Leon

Don't understand why a delivery driver would put an unopened package on my porch. This is so incredibly frustrating as my dog is having surgery Tuesday and I don't have what I need.

I was supposed to get a pair of headlights for my Lexus instead got a bunch of tubes for levels instruments. Wrong item and customer service told me I have to pay for my return shipping and the shipping cost is $174.45 when is not my fault and it goes against Amazon policies.
I hate dealing with indian customer service.

No one answered my phone calls three times, and I just get jumped around. Three times I tried calling, and three times they kept sending me to some other page so I could start over and over and over, and still I haven't got to talk to a person. I want to talk to a real person about the Christmas tree lights that I got; the wires are shown and broken; they can't be used.

Delivery directions were not followed. All you have to do is put it in the delivery box, close the lid, and use a latch so nothing can get to it.

Just received a package with several food items in it and there was an open jar of RAOS sauce scattered throughout the package the driver purposely placed that box behind a larger box in the picture they took of the delivery on our front porch so that you couldnt see the wetness of the sauce seeping through the box

I was purchasing an item and it give me an option for a trail with Amazon prime to get free shipping and i clicked on it and ordered my item and then my order got canceled because prime took $7.58 from my account and when im canceling the membership it wants to give me $3.79 even though i didn't use it
