Was to schedule a pickup. Advised I would put out they said they would send me a return label. Never received. Contacted them again they apologized and said they would sent a refund Never received.

Wrong size

I had ordered four pier of Union Bay shorts for men with cargo pockets one of the orders was the wrong size can you resend that order or do I have to send something in now theyve already been washed so I dont know if that makes a difference but anyway let me know as soon as you can thank you so much

We have gotten our neighbor's boxes NUMEROUS times. The customer service rep that helped me did pretty much nothing. He said they would mark on our account not to deliver any other packages to our door, but when the other people order there's no way for them to know! I asked to be compensated for my delivery services, and was declined. I'm so sick of getting their orders! It's just lazy in my opinion. We each have the same house number, but different streets!
