I was trying to find if all my items were arriving today cause I paid rush shipping. Last rep canceled 2 items in my order and my Prime acct without my knowledge or consent!
She was supposed to just credit me back the rush ship cause not everything was coming today. I've been wit Amazon for over 20 yrs and reps are getting worse. I wasted 1/2 my only day off trying to straighten this out and now I have to resign back up and reorder the 2 items! Problem is I can't order now till I get resigned back up.
1 of them was my new work shirt! And that also means I've lost my prime channel! They sent an email about the closing with no explanation, nothing. So instead of a supervisor just reactivating it, I have to do all the work and stress!
I buy from them at least 1-2x a week and this is how they treat you. HIRE BETTER REPS!

SupporterComplaints about delivery issues are never addressed.
This is a prolonged and repeated problem. Amazon drivers want to drive into my driveway for deliveries, but the driveway is difficult to maneuver, and Amazon drivers have damaged my property trying to get out.
As a result, I have an auto block to prevent them from driving an additional 40 feet, but even though they are asked to leave packages at my front door or garage, many drivers refuse to do so and leave packages at the point beyond which I request vehicles not to pass. They leave packages on the driveway regardless of the weather. UPS and FedEx are forbidden from driving into driveways and must get out of their cars. But not Amazon.

I am supposed to get a senior discount because I am on Medicaid. Twice in the last three years, Ive gave them the information and they switched it to where I only had to pay half.
Then the next month they just charge me full amount again the only reason I noticed tonight was because I looked and I had two charges for $16.08 which is a full amount. I asked him about that and they said theres only one charge.
I can see them on my bank statement, but theres no way for the company to let me send them a picture of it and I dont think they really want to anyway. I spent thousands of dollars every couple of months at this place, I love their service cause Im disabled I feel like Im being taken advantage of.

When explaining that this has happened three other times, and three weeks ago I called on the same matter which you checked, it showed I returned on the 12th at Amazon Fresh. But because this happened two other times, and now being charged on this last one, we need to see why this is happening and resolve this problem.
I am a disabled woman. I have never been late on a payment, and I've always returned anything that I have gotten. But for some reason, three times this has happened. Three weeks ago, we resolved this problem on the same item; it showed I returned it to Amazon Fresh on that date, and now for them to charge my account on something that was resolved three weeks ago is unacceptable.
The young man that I was talking to hung up the phone on me right in the middle of our conversation. That is very unacceptable for one thing, to be hung up on while you're explaining and asking for help and resolving this problem or to look into it. For me to be a disabled woman and asking for your company's help and to be totally ignored and hung up on is unacceptable. I had to recall; we went through this whole thing.
I had to send in a questionnaire on the four questions and had to go through all this over again. I hope that you do find out and resolve this issue on why this is going on with my account. But you need to speak to the young man that treated me with disrespect because what he did was unacceptable, especially explaining and going through all that and the time taken, to be hung up on in the middle of me even talking. If you go back and listen to the tapes, you'll see that I didn't get angry.
I didn't yell. Nothing. So, none of it is acceptable. Thank you.
Please get back to me on this because I'd like to know what happened to that young man because he should not be working with this company and cutting his customers off like that on an issue that is important like this when somebody's account is being charged for no reason at all. To look for a resolution and find out what was going on and why it was happening and to be cut off, because obviously he didn't want to deal with it, is unacceptable!

User's recommendation: report if you get somebody that did what they did to me and trying to explain and look for resolution to be cut off in the middle of talking for no reason at all, and as I said, they can listen to the tapes no yelling no screaming asking for help please report people that do this to you. They can only resolve these issues with their employees that do this to their customers they can only do it only if you report or they don’t know the difference thank you. This sows I returned but still charged my account plus 3 weeks before this was resolved showing it was returned for them to still charge me then there employee hung the phone up on me in the middle of trying to ask to check to see why this was happening is unacceptable. The charge was unacceptable after being resolved already. Their employees are getting worse and worse when you have to ask for help when these issues come about and especially important ones when they start charging your account for something that they already received a month and a half ago and I have their employees just cut you off in the middle of explaining and asking for help and you have to call back to go through all this again especially being disabled is unacceptable. Thank you you

on 11/18/2025, I called an Amazon customer service phone number listed on their website to deal with a return I had. The person that answered seemed knowledgeable in Amazon's verbiage.
He said he could help but noticed I had some fraud on my account with gift cards and that this was common around the holidays. They were able to charge a credit card I had on file through Amazon $2000.00 on DoorDash gift cards and send them to an unknown email account. He acted like I was being defrauded by these DoorDash cards, but in reality, he was stealing them through my account. When I realized what happened, I called Amazon to report it.
Then, on 11/23/2025, they locked my Amazon account. I called another customer service number and was told that my account would be unlocked in 2 hours; it wasn't. I was lied to by an associate at Amazon at 7:59 am on Sunday morning, 11/23/2025. She told me my account would be unlocked in 2 hours, and it wasn't - she lied.
Then, I called back to speak to a supervisor at 11:18 am. This associate told me there wasn't a supervisor to speak with and hung up on me after I told him that my account was supposed to be unlocked in 2 hours. Fraud happened on my account because I called Amazon on a phone number listed on their site: 866-490-**** - I have a screenshot of it as proof. The fraud happened because at the other end of that number was a person acting like they were a customer service associate.
They were able to get into my account and charge 8 $200.00 DoorDash gift cards and change it to my Capital One credit card. When I reported this to my credit card and to Amazon, somehow 5 other purchases got mixed into that. When I saw this, I reported it immediately to Capital One and to Amazon so that those charges that I made were reversed. Then today, Amazon locked me out of my account and even my Alexa account that I use daily.
This is the first time in many years of having an Amazon Prime member account that this has happened. I am terribly disappointed and appalled in Amazon's response to help me through this. I was locked out and lied to!
I have been a Prime member for more than 15 years; if they do not make this right, I will be canceling my account! See attached fraud screenshot of the number called.

Neighbor saw blue prime truck lost control on ice and went thru my front yard. Ripped out 2-3 ft of grass. The manager told me he received info from the men who work here in Commerce Meadows mobile home park.

Im returning two items that dont fit me because it was too big on my feet and it was a big side for me. I need a lower side more small and thats why I couldnt. Im returning it because its 6 1/2 and I want six and its too big for me 6 1/2 and I just want six so I put the socks on and it still gets so big and I dont like it and both of them are really big and they dont fit me so I want To at least change them and get a smaller side not 6 1/2 but a six so if theres any other way, I can because it came two times and Im returning this the second time and I dont know why I came two times so thats why Im returning them again, but it says that I cant return them because the code doesnt verify in staple so I dont know how can I change them and thats what Im trying to call Amazon too at least help me out how can I get them different side but not the same side or Im returning them both cause Im not keeping them

Products are getting bad. Quality is not there
This is the fourth thing I have gotten that has been damaged. I like Prime Video and that's the only reason I am using Amazon.

- Hi , I am Flex Driver and I had a situation on 4/3/25 at station VTX7 one assist manager mentioning fake allegations on me ( I touched her private part). I received the call from Amazon HR.
his name is CHIR learning this allegation I did something what is NOT TRUE . I reported to Amazon Flex as well and Amazon Flex Support mentioned to me not to talk with AMAZON HR and to wait for an investigation process to be completed. I received an email from Amazon Hr CHIR saying to me to give him a call. I did and the phone number doesnt work, non working phone nr .
I saw the Assistant Manager back at the station her name is Sally being confused with the process. Amazon Hr he mentioned to me over the phone after his investigation HE WILL TAKE ACTION BY THE AMAZON POLICY TO LET GO THE ASSISTANT MANAGER SALLY.
- In that day when I saw the Assistant Manager Sally back at the station I got so sick and I picked up a block .
- I was unable to finish my block after I delivered few stops, I mentioned the situation over and over to Technical Support Team with emails and pictures having in 4/3/25, 2 managers witnesses next to me as well. One of the Manager is the Director at the station. Back and forward harassment and discrimination for me when I was at the station a lot of employees working there they were looking at me weird and a different assistant manager was harassing me asking if the jacket I was wearing was them and was mine from receiving it at a different location when was a storm and I was very wet in my clothes, Von Army San Antonio give me the jacket close looking jacket at the station VTX7.
I am very professional and I take very serious this kind of situations . - In November 2025 I had a block returns and I returned my block at Station VTX7 and someone helped me with my refunds being sick not being able to get out from my truck with stomach extreme pain. I noticed after I saw a doctor at emergency room my Husband Backpack was missing. I reported missing backpack with Police Report and after a while I finally found my husband backpack, I reported my husband backpack missing to Technical Support Team and when I found my backpack I reported I found it as well.
When I had my last block I talked at the Station VTX7 with the Director Manager regarding my husband backpack and the incident from 3/4/25 as well what happened. His recommendation was to go to Amazon Hr at the station and report everything. With the outcome from s different manager she can do nothing for me and to leave I was trying to explain my situations and getting a treat if I dont leave she will call the cops . I left and I called the cops making report for my husband backpack and I have a report from April 2025 what happened to me in that day with details information.
I want Justice for my account being investigated and not being able to work . Im getting lies after lies from Technical Support Team saying to me the special teams will review everything and they will open the account for you by the end of the day, with no outcome, I called few times and I have as a call conversation Recorded letting them know about it.
- Technical Support Team some of them they dont talk , they dont know what they doing, they hang up the calls , they dont put tickets in the system when I have a situation my account was at level 4 Fantastic with now being closed. My account dropped back and forth since last year in April after the 1 incident with the Assist Manager SALLY. She has knowledge to do anything possible to mess with me and my account from the station.
I noticed my stops were changed back and forth on a point I had to stop my block and return the packages and from that my account got affected. I reported it back and forth to Technical Support with no outcome at all anything to change.

There delivery wording saying product fulfilled was merely stating they shipped it ! I assumed it was at the address I had it shipped to !
So I drove 20 miles to pick it up and it was not there , they need to restructure there shipping wording saying product shipped not fulfilled !
I wasted time and gas thinking it was delivered. They the seller need to reword there shipping wording.

Horrible Item a urn of all things .. and cheated me out of my coupon
I called several times . I even sent my screenshots of the prices ..
My furson died of 15 years on 12/25/24 The worst day of life . He only weighed 4 lbs the urn looked okay from the pic. I ordered it and got myself a Sterling Silver Necklace With the urn it on. They were supposed to add a coupon..nope never did. That urn was a piece of crap. It was a wooden box the clasp on the side didn't lock.. there wasn't even a bag to put his ashes in. The place to put his picture was a thin foggy piece of cheap plastic .. you couldn't seen his pic if tried. Who does that .. especially during a time like this .. I called an complained . Never got a call back . So I cancelled my subscription. Come on if you're gonna mess something up. Not my furson Urn That was horrible . I wouldn't put a .cloth in that garage. Shouldn't be selling such trash can you imagine if his ashes fell out
Wow. I never ordered from them again . I used to order all the time . I've bought guitars . All kinds of stuff . But they have gone done hill. They don't care about their consumers . I never got my refund either for my over charged necklace . I guess they need the money more than I do.. I'm living on SS . Shame on them.. he still doesn't have a nice urn. He's still in the can I brought him home in . That was 1 year.1 month ago Im sure I don't have that email.anymore I ran out of storage and had to delete a ton of stuff . I figured after a yr they weren't gonna help me. I have the *** urn just sitting in there Noting in it ...

I returned 2 items that say they processed but still never put the money back on my Amazon prime card after 2 months still haven't received the money on my Amazon prime card.

I haven't heard from them since last Thursday, 12/4/25! I've sent them all the information I had, yet they have not gotten back to me!
They are also denying that my wife's car was hit! The car is brand new and never had a scratch on it.
Now it has a mark on the front driver's side fender along with a paint chip. Furthermore, my car insurance told me that the dept manager never reported the incident!
Preferred solution: I want all damages covered!!!

We have waited 2 entire days for 2 appointments missed by Amazon to pick up an unopened untouched 65"tv. They can not be reached and on my account summary they claim to have attempted the pickup.
Not true. I am a long time Prime customer, but will likely end that relationship after this.
