don't buy

Nothing is being done so far. point of matter is I was sent this pergola and the parts do not go together.

Legs are flimsy and it won't stand up. I paid 289. for this and also 300. for my handy man to put this together.

He showed me there was no way it would go together and I had him take it apart and put back in the box. I tried getting ahold of the manufacturer as they said they offered easy returns. There really is no way to get ahold of them. They don't answer the phone and trying to use email of theirs doesn't work either.

I want my money back. I've contacted Amazon twice who said they would try to contact them and have them contact me but nothing happened out of that either. I sent pictures to Amazon of how the parts didn't go together. So not happy about this whole thing.

I'm 71 and my husband is 78 and we wanted to have this up on our patio to get out of the hot sun, which today it was 93 degrees.

Hope someone can help us as we are on SS. Victoria Schalau

The parts don't fit together! The legs are so flimsy and even being different sizes they are so off it won't stand up.

The clamps don't fit on the angel they need to fit.

The whole thing won't get put together with the parts given. I had a handy man I use for everything put this together and had to pay him 300, just to have him take it all apart and put back in the box after he showed me all the flaws.

Hello, my name is Anastasiia.

A week ago, I accidentally subscribed to Prime Video on my TV using my other Amazon account, which is registered with the phone number +380965****27. On June 27, 2025, 7 was charged from my card.

When I tried to cancel the subscription, I couldnt do it on the TV. I also cannot log into my account on my phone because Amazon services are not supported in Ukraine.

Im unable to:recover my password,access the account,reset anything,or contact support directly from Ukraine.

Because of this, I created a new account (the one Im using now to message you) just to ask for help.

The card that was charged ends in 1005.

Please help me recover my original account and cancel the Prime Video subscription.

I bought a $1000 camera and 2 lenses from Amazon. Amazon didnt give me a code and FedEx didnt require a signature.

They left it outside the outside apartment door in a big apartment complex. The outside door has always been open. I even gave them my apartment number and their lazy butts didnt bring it to my doorstep or knock on my door. The seller asked for a police depot which I provided.

Amazon said I am not covered through the A to Z guarantee due to too many refunds and claims.

I dont have not one refund and didnt know about claims until my package came up missing. Im tired of waiting on this billion-dollar company that has already lost many sales due to its stupidity!

It would have been nice to talk to someone, a real person, about the problem to get it resolved. The item I purchased had a fitment problem.

It does not fit flush next to the body. Overall, I do like the way the item looks and performs, but it just does not fit well the way it's supposed to.

I purchased a product from Amazon 6 weeks ago, and using it today, the sun lounger broke whilst I was sitting on it. I appreciate that I'm not a skinny person, but at 11 and a half stone, I don't think I'm big enough to have fabric rip apart from me laying on top of it.

Trying to get in contact with an actual human instead of a robot has been an absolute joke on this website, so I have no idea if I've even come to the right email, as I'm trying to get a refund for a faulty product. The website only allows for refunds up to 30 days, but in this instance, I would be expecting a refund based on the lack of quality in the product I have been sold.

I now have prime from Amazon and Metro PCS for free. I didn't get refunded all the minutes they took it charged me these last 10 months.

I'm just glad they responded this.

I almost h had a heart attack trying to resolve it all these months because no one was listening. SOMEONE FINALLY DID!.

I finally showed them proof that I have Prime through MetroPCS. Metro has had my back the whole time; it turns out it's Amazon that's been charging me since November of 2024 for Prime.

I recently sent Amazon a receipt, which I will attach to this for Prime, since July of 2024, paid for by MetroPCS. There is no end date on that; as long as I have that account with MetroPCS, I get free Prime for my lifetime. Not only have they been charging me since November, but they've been charging Metro as well; isn't that nice? On another note, I got a new part wig; I got it, and a clip was broken as soon as I got it.

It was frizzy; it wasn't the right color. It was supposed to be real human hair, and I paid $91 for this. I sent it back days ago. Normally, when it scans into UPS, I have the money back by the time I get home.

Not in this case. I didn't; I still don't have my money back. And then Full Shine, which way the hair was from, they were emailing me on their own, acting like they were going to give me a refund, like they were going to send me different hair. In the end, after all these emails and answering, they tell me they can't do anything.

But they started emailing me; I never emailed them, so they wasted a whole week on that. Now Amazon is screwing me around more for my money for the Amazon Prime end and this new shaped wig.

I fill out the form sign up for Amazon. I put all my information like I always do but yet when the mix up came about and I brought it through their attention they wanted me to confirm my account and I told him to email that I used and they said no Sarah that's not right we can't help you well somehow or another they screwed the address information up and put this man's name Buddy Thompson Thompson or Thomas from Jonesboro full address phone number everything in the place before my information should be so therefore he had control of the acccount.

Now you tell me sir or ma'am why would I put some man's name that I don't even know don't have a clue of who he is why would I put his address his information his email his phone number in my address box on my registration form and I ain't got to clue who this man is. They got me they ain't going to get me again I promise you that

There new commercial says people can't leave there own reviews... ai has to check them first!

People should be able to write their own reviews... I've bought stuff off Amazon with bad and good reviews.

And you just got to analyze what you're buying and see what the problem is with the product you're wanting to buy. I do this by looking at other people's real reviews. If AI chooses to think it's smarter than everyone it should buy 200 of that product from different sources and test them tangible products if AI is capable yet... that's what normal people do.

I listen to people's reviews. If AI has a review how!! It doesn't even know the product... it has no idea about how every product works...

it's probably not letting people write honest reviews... I want honest reviews... I go to one-star ratings. And see if it's...

shipping, product malfunction, how could I learn not to have it malfunction before buying. And often negative reviews aren't even that credible you... One example is a YUSUD dual flame lighter... a lot of bad reviews and good ones to.

You just have to know how to tune it in correctly. And buy the right butane tip... and I put a rubber piece from another refillable lighter and put it on my YUSUD. Now I have no waste of butane.

You don't want to waste butane. If you're trying to save money... Amazon... people save money.

Regardless of it having like 3 stars. I bought it reading real reviews. Smart people shouldn't be thrown off buy manipulative AI reviews.

And have the glasses. Save a lot of money... thanks Amazon. Only if public shopping stores had the same option.

AI Should be smart enough buy now to go through reviews like a smart person does. But I don't believe that's there main objective. Who knows what they are thinking... more money, probably.

You want to serve the people well that's how you make money. First pic is the lighter. 3rd pic is a one-star review that teaches you. My lighter hold fluid perfect.

And it says it won't work right after refilling... duh. You have to wait a little. And I had no problems adjusting.

After reading honest reviews If you really want to fill it right way and maybe fix a plug up. Pour warm water on the butane and put the refillable lighter in the freezer for like 4 minutes shake the bottle. Hold the lighter upside down never flip it while refilling. 3 sec burst wait like 3 min then again.

I got an empty weight of the Yusuf 77.91 and a full weight of 79.18. You need a scale to make a sure you don't waste money. Scales are cheap on Amazon. 2 last photos imagine how much money you can save.

If you step on $1000 pair of glasses they will break.. these are the same.

About 2 years ago I purchased a soundbar and then I noticed that the price of it went down by $100 the following week. Amazon in good faith and showing good customer service refunded me the $100.

Last week I purchased a television set for $948, the price has gone down by $50 since then. I asked for them to refund the $50 I feel like a sucker I paid $50 extra and the price changed 3 days later.

The agent refused and refused to connect me to somebody else! I buy something from Amazon nearly every day and have been doing so for 20 years.

I had a package delivered when I went to the house that I was living in. Someone had opened my mail.

I was given the product only, no shipping package that it came in. That is mail tampering, and it's totally against the law.

Right, I don't know if my product was opened and resealed. I'm just notifying everyone to get to what happened, possibly to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Ive been stuck in an endless loop trying to log in to my account. First, I receive an OTP code in my email, then it prompts me for an OTP sent to my mobile (which I cant access because Im traveling).

After that, it asks me to verify via my old VCC card. Its incredibly frustrating!

To make matters worse, theres no way to contact customer support directly. Their social media support (Meli) is completely uselessjust a bot that doesnt help at all.

Im really disappointed with the lack of assistance and resolution options. Avoid this service if you can!
