Amazon - Added a charge charge on my account. I did not authorized the card Synchrony Bank. I got rid of it in 2/18, because I retired. I notice on August bank statement noticed 13.77 taken out since 4/19.

I would like to solve this problem of Synchrony bank taking money out of my bank card and refund - I did not authorize this process to be done. I cannot afford to pay the card out for the year. I did that already in 2/18. Yes, Amazon returned last month payment to my account. I took the bank card off my account. I thank you that you resoved this situation

Completely agree about Amazon. Have had multiple private vehicles with out of state plates (not even the little blue van that at least has Amazon signage).

The drivers of these cars dump the package and peel out of our driveway. Also recently found that their concierge service is not what it used to be. They will not make it right when an item is received broken. Even if the web site indicates many of the same item is available they will not honor the prime shipping (which I pay for through my membership) that I used on the first order that came broken unless the replacement 3rd party seller offers it.

So they’ve become a pretty rigid company that does not empower their employees to pick up the shipping tab to replace a broken item that I already paid prime membership to have delivered quickly. The reps’ hands are tied.

Spent an hour on the phone and spoke to 3 levels of customer service. Now have no item and am completely turned off of Amazon.

Messed up deliveries, poor customer service, longer wait times for return refunds. While their competitors are stepping things up, Amazon is tanking. Goodbye Prime. Competition offers 2 day no cost and returns immediately.

Almost every time I try to order something they say the item takes special handling and can't be shipped to my area. The items are not heavy or fragile. I think someone there is discriminating against me. They can't ship a sheet set?

You neglected to tell us your location, thus we are unable to properly evaluate your concern. However, perhaps you live in an area that is considered environmentally unfriendly and thus you are banned from receiving anything requiring fossil fuels to deliver items. Perhaps you are in California?

NO, I live in Maryland. I tried to order a tennis elbow brace, sheet sets, and other stuff. They always say it requires special handling and can't be delivered to my address.

Amazon in Los Angeles, California - Login Harassment

I am constantly being forced to verify my identity when I login to Amazon.com, or submit my password, multiple times during a browsing session. This constant harassment has caused me simply to not login to the website. Which, is an inconvenience for me, because that does nothing to change the site's behavior. Amazon's website will also quote one price for an item before I login, and a higher price after I've logged in. Why? Because, I am a Prime customer. The higher price covers the cost of that "free shipping" Amazon lies about.

December 25th of 2018 I purchased a living room couch set on Amazon through Mecordirect.com they only sent one piece of the three pieces and it was damaged and their delivery people had left it on the corner of my house out side in the rain. Skip forward Months and after about 75 emails and multiple promises (in writing) to be refunded they closed the complaint saying it's "outside of the return window" It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, but now it's downright theft. I have to drive about an hour south of here in the morning to file my lawsuit now, what has become of this company.

I gave him my number on the order and my address, he wouldnt help me because it came from another email address, because I used paypal account too buy the item, but he was rude and couldnt help , hung up on me in the end, they should put the sub contractor info on the info in the box if they are not dealing with paypal, well thank God for palpay, they will stop it asap! I will use walmart if I can or anyone else, because they are rude and I here they treat there employees like dogs anyways, amazon can go away as fast as they come!
