When I received my package, it was not packaged properly. The wig was just in the bag by itself .

The hair net wasnt even on the wig . I also just received none of the extra items thats supposed to come with the wig. For $100, this is not handle with care or appreciate it.

I needed this wig on this day and couldnt use it because of mis care . This wig had to many knots in it .

Vendor has not gotten back to me.

I had to take the light back off. Seal it Because there are cracks it and hope it doesn't retain moisture again.

It's a customer stop my job to repair new parts. Did I purchase?

I'm very disappointed in The Vendor and Amazon. I would appreciate something to be done about this.

Back on July 16 2024 I ordered a pair of waste 40 with 15inch long instead they sent a pair of waste 34 and those were to small so I return them so today is January 27, 2025 and still waiting for my refund. They keep saying 24_48 hours too get approved for a refund and that's if they feel like giving me a refund.

Today, January 29, 2025 at 5:27 pm, an Amazon delivery person disrespected, cursed, and threatened me at 111 Chestnut Street, Toronto, Canada. I merely questioned him about why he threw the package so hard at my door and why he didn't knock.

I want Amazon to fire this dangerous individual. The package is broken and the box is also damaged. I will have to check if the camera is functional. I need this incident to be taken seriously as I am now afraid, since he knows where I live.

Amazon should investigate who he is and further train their delivery personnel to respect customers. I expect an apology from him in front of the police, and from Amazon. I also request a free 3 months Prime membership. If not, I will take your company to court for endangering my life with your delivery person.

I hope you dismiss these sorts of individuals and ensure our safety. Amazon in Canada should provide a customer service phone number and a process for complaints about delivery personnel.

Attached are pictures with my tracking number. Now you should know who the person that delivered my package and disrespected me is.

Nothing was resolved! Do not buy anything over $40 or 40lbs. I am still being told to return a 78lb electric wheelchair which does not work right and cut up both my legs.

I never received the item and I called Amazon customer service. They said they couldn't help me because the order was canceled , i told them i have screenshots and they said they have nothing on there end and refused to help I NEVER CANCELED THE ORDER AND AMAZON TOOK THE MONEY OFF MY CARD I HAVE THE PROOF AMAZON WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED!?!?

I'm missing a Christmas present for my kids and I'm out $316.48. I want a full refund or the bike ASAP!

I contacted Optima warranty by email and am awaiting contact. They are not answering the phone.

I contacted Autozone who is a dealer and they are unable to help. I have left a warning for Amazon buyers to avoid buying Optima battery products as you are on your own if there's an issue.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The items were finally delivered. There was an apology and I received a $10 promotional credit.

I ordered 2 childrens umbrellas on Dec. 7 and it didnt arrive until December

22 when it showed a two day arrival from Amazon.

When I tracked the package I started in Arizona then two stops in California where it was on hold for a while.

Then it arrived in its destination of Honolulu only to be sent back to California and then back to Honolulu a couple days later. There is definitely an issue with Amazon shipping.

The hold times are crazy, after being transferred 3 times, and each transfer asks the exact same questions, my frustration level was at an all time high.

It's been wet, snowy, and raining lately. My driver, bless his heart, delivered my package to my door.

Upon leaving, he decided not to use the "turn around", and backed out. 1/4 mile of windy, wet and soggy road. Doing so caused a fair amount of damage to the driveway.
The frustrating issue i have, is the 36 min phone call.

I was on hold most of that, transferred 3 times and most of the conversation when I got to the person I needed to talk to was account verification! Ridiculous!!

Your complaining about someone driving on your muddy driveway ? That isn't damage that's what happens when you have a driveway made of material not suitable for a driveway ..if you had actual driveway stones laid down you wouldn't have mud.nkt having mud would prevent forcing a driver to drive thru mud ..no matter if the driver backed out of drive out same result it's a muddy driveway ..your asking for what Amazon to come and resurface your driveway?

You do understand there is more tracks in your photos than a single vehicle coming and going and to blame a Amazon driver without any proof and acting like they drove back and forth 5 times is why Amazon is ignoring your claim it's silly ..and in the end with that type of dirt when it dries and is driven over it will again flatten right back out . If you want a proper flat driveway that doesn't get big ruts go ahead and fork out the money for 1/4 of a mile of driveway stone probably my guess would be about 8 or 10 trucks worth of material which shouldn't run you but a few thousand bucks locally . And stop trying to blame others for your responsibilities .you won the road and it's your job to maintain it Amazon doesn't need to buy you a new road because you ordered a package.

Show may of the tracks in your photos belong to your own vehicle ? Or is it ok for you to make ruts but the Amazon driver is supposed to walk a quarter mile into your property ..you can solve this by also placing a secure package container at the end of your driveway and having Amazon update the delivery pin to the end of your driveway and then you wouldn't have to worry about anyone driving down your driveway except yourself to go fetch your packages ..or you can have them delivered to a local locker location and that would also cover any issues with your driveway ..take some responsibility in life this is 100% something you setup and took no steps to avoid ..if you knew your road wasn't drivable you can easily cancel your order and redo it once you have a proper way for a delivery vehicle to make the delivery .

First of all, yes, had i seen i could arrange to have package left at the gate, I would have! Second, I'm in a rental, and had just spent $1000 on the driveway, resurfacing, ditch clearing, and some gravel.

Third, had the driver asked i could have had this whole issue avoided.

4th, we live out in the country, it's ALL dirt! I'm not asking for the entire drive to be redone, only to fix the damage done!
