Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Euronova 320 Ltr Double door Multifunctional Deep Freezer *** Chiller 4 Year Warranty through Amazon vide Order No 404-873****-772**** dtd. 12-March-2022 for Rs. 21000/-.

I have received the said freezer through your agent Kobby Kitchen, 5046, Faiz bazar, ground floor, Netaji subash marg, Daryagang, New Delhi-110002 , Ph 85888****. I received this freezer in horrible condition. I am attaching the photos of the same for your ready reference. I have submitted all these facts to your customer care executives from day one when I received the product several times and no action till date. Accordingly my return request was accepted. But it's not picked up yet. After complaining from day one to till date (several times) no favorable action was received. I tried to contact the Seller, Kobby Kitchen to pick up or return the said item. But they are not picking my phone calls or replying to my whatsapp messages regarding the return. As this is a very heavy item we have to self return to the Kobby Kitchen. But they are not confirming about their timings. In case their shop closes or not accept the return when we are reaching their shop with the heavy item then what do we have to do? Please suggest an immediate solution.

We have paid money for a new Freezer, but sorry to say that we received a damaged, old and uncleaned and technically not good product. The company Euronova sent one engineer and they tried to repair the machine, the door alignment is also an issue. We clearly mentioned in their report sheet that we paid money for a new freezer and not for a 'REPAIRED OR DAMAGED ONE' . If I get this type of machine from your company, it is better we have to purchase a second hand freezer from the market and the same cost only 2000-**** Rs. Why did we purchase a new one from you?

After complaining to Amazon and these Fraud people "Kobby Kitchen', Euronova what is the next step we have to do.

Amazon should have taken care while choosing these types of Fraud companies and Dealers as a partner.

We again humbly request you to please take back this damaged product within 2 days and reimburse our money immediately as we are losing our business in this summer season and also blocking our money for a long time since I am complaining to you from the day one when the item was received.

Hope you will take this as a serious matter and resolve the issue immediately, failing which, I shall be constrained to take further legal action against Amazon and the Seller.
