I am a senior citizen and booked aI am a senior citizen and booked a mobile phone model Cloud C1 make INTEX for my wife vide order No. 405-821****-265**** through my daughter Nupur Kaul mob.

No 995835**** on 25.12.17. The mobile phone was delivered on 26.12.17 and received by my 84 yr. Old mother who was alone at home. In the evening i found the EARPHONE was missing.

I found the poly envelope of ear phone below the stairs of our flat. I asked my daughter to lodge complaint the same day. Next day morning i.e 27.12 the delivery visited and said he has come to take delivery of phone only and no replacement. He was talking to Cust.

Care while checking the mob. Phone to tell them IMEI No. The boy said imei no. Is ok but apart from earphone taken away by previous delivery boy, one more problem with the phone is reg.

touch screen.Cust. care person instructed him to cancell the pick up. He was talking to Mr. Sandeep.

I again asked my daughter to lodge complaint which she did on 27th n 28 th Dec.but there is no redressal of my problem. I have paid hard earned money through Credit Card. I will not allow to you be so pathetic to consumers. I wanted to present this phone to my wife on her retirement tomorrow i.e 30.12.17.

If you can send me the new phone by tomorrow 2 p.m it is alright. If NOT i will be having no option except to lodge FIR against the company and the person concerned. I may remind you that whatever big the company is, i am protected by Consumer Act besides having option of SOCIAL MEDIA. Thanks Bharat B Kaul 16 D ARJUN APPT.
