Amazon - Complaint
So you refunded my checking account for an unauthorized prime membership on march 4, 2022.for the amount of 13.95 at 12:00 am then turned around an too the same amount out with in seconds of the refund. I would like to know if you think I have some kind of revolving open door policy with my checking account?
Well don't there was a reason I asked for the refund that reason was it was an unauthorized charge. I did NOT sign up for a prime membership and not do I want to.
So you need to refund me for the second charge and do not charge me again in other words I want my money back and to cancel the membership I all ready canceled and did not sign up for in the first place. I expect the 13.95 to be refunded with in the next 48 hours and no later this is rediculous totally unprofessional as well as theft.
