My account was closed and I was given no explanation why. I called and was told it was nothing I could do about it.
I made another account because I needed to order baby formula for my newborn because I was unable to find it in stores. My account was closed I received no email why or anything. I called and spoke to somebody and just wanted to know about my order I didnt even care about the account behind closed because I spent $130 on this formula. They told me it wasnt anything they could do.
That is ridiculous.
I dont even know why either account was closed. But I will not be using Amazon again and I will be telling everybody I know about my experience.
User's recommendation: don’t use Amazon. They will take your money.
Monetary Loss: $128.
Preferred solution: Apology.
