LaserShip said they said they delivered, I never received item. Even after 3 calls and assurances from customer service....Thank you useless Amazon Prime for ruining my xmas surprise for my 5-year-old.

And of course Amazon provides no way to contact them if this happens. They wash their hands of the situation the second it ships via this horrible 3rd party company.

I cannot believe they still use them.

Will anyone start a class action? This is the ONLY WAY Amazon will listen (bad press).

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $37.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Amazon Cons: Lasership, False amazon prime claims and lasership.

Stop with the "class action" nonsense. This must be the new "thing." If you were wise, you charged the item with a credit card. Dispute the charge.
