The last 3 things that I tried to return (Prime member) they charged me shipping PER ITEM to drop off at UPS. This has never happened before.

One thing I didn't need by the time it arrived. the two others were wrong size with no option to replace with the correct size. The only option that was free was to drop off at the UPS at the local University that has no parking for those who are not students or faculty. That was the only option for the entire north part of San Diego as if students are the only Amazon customers that need to return stuff.

I have been a big Amazon shopper but now I will consider cancelling Prime and limited my purchases because of this scam. They have driven every local merchant out of business and now are showing their true *** colors.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Preferred solution: BEZOS STOP CHARGING FOR RETURNS. JERK!.

For the thing you no longer needed - that's your problem. Amazon isn't even obligated to accept that return.

For the wrong sized items, this is very odd. I have never had an issue with being charged to return items if they were incorrect in any way.

I hope this is not the way they are headed. :(
