I was just charged by some India or China office for my membership even so I just wanted to update my credit card. I spoke with two totally inept people that I could not understand.
They charged my credit card without permission $ 107.29. I had a hard time to have it undone and they kept on telling me that I used worth $70 in movies, even though I had a subscription.
What a joke !!! who are these people ? They do not understand any basic's I had to tell them four times to stop reading off their script and instead refund me my money.
It was a nightmare!!!!!!! I am canceling my whole subscription that I had for 8 years it upset me so much.
