i called amazon about canceling and item that i purchased on amazon that was $1.29 and somehow the item was changed to fast shipping and charged my account $44.08 for some wall stickers. the man who answered the phone answered some questions but when i was asking questions he kept sighing and getting angry when i literally ordered the item 5 minutes before i called him and he said that the item was already shipped so there was nothing he could do.
what i dont understand is how is an item already shipped out from a personal seller on amazon when i just placed the order 5 minutes ago. then he continued to say that the only way i can get my money back is if the seller agrees and truly its not up to if the seller agrees to refund my money its my money and if i dont want the item i dont have to have it when im asking for a refund!
