I should not have to wait another 24 hrs. to sign into my account.

I dealt with this yesterday and gave all information and they said they would send me an email today to be able to sign into my account. I as of 2 o'clock cannot sign into my account. And I got an email and it is in Spanish. I know it is

an order confirmation and my bank account was charged.

This is nerve racking that it is taking so long to get into my account. Funny, they can take it out of my bank account but they won't allow me to log in!!!!!!!!!

Also, take me off of your list for Pissed Consumer; I never meant to be on it.....I am upset with Amazon for weeks for not allowing me to get onto my account everyday like I used to be able to with no change of password every time.

This is what I am upset about and should have been handled right away. I've been a customer for years.

Preferred solution: TO BE ABLE TO SIGN IN ANYTIME I WANT. I CANNOT SIGN IN WITHOUT A PHONE CALL AND 24 HR. WAIT TO GET AN EMAIL, WHICH I DON'T GET TO BE ABLE TO SIGN IN.
