I was locked out of my account when I added my email, I think its because it said there was another one associated with my phone number but I am the same person, I can prove it by sending a picture of my ID and bank card as well as mailing address. Please call me 510689****.

I would like my account to be reopened because I want to keep purchasing from you guys and some items that I bought I wanted to exchange. I really like your company so please reopen my account the 2 emails I think are associated are this on alvp1988@***.com & 88alvp@***.com with the same phone number 510689**** and if I have to choose what email I want to choose then I go for whatever is easiest for you guys to reopen my account because I did return an item and also have not received my refund yet.
