They don't claim you will get it in 2 days time. They offer 2 day shipping for prime.

Shipping occurs when the product is sent out.

There is processing time. Why is that so tough for you to understand?

Amazon pantry

Amazon pantry: wanted to send pantry items to my granddaughter in college but there was no option to send to another address. There was not even an option to choose my payment method. I could only send it to myself. I would hope that Amazon would be better than that (SAD).

Actually, given that Amazon's shipping arrival dates of late bears no resemblance to reality, there was no real guarantee that the package they said would arrive on the 26th would actually show up on your doorstep----or, if delivered by the USPS to some stranger down the street or not at all. Amazon may use carriers like FedEx but specifies the use of FedEx Smartpost which means FedEx delivers to the local post office which is supposed to deliver to you.

Which is not always the case. This method is cheaper for Amazon but rather haphazzard due to the inefficiency of the USPS. At least you cancelled the order and stores are still open tonight, Christmas eve. This is why paying online for anything other than a credit card is so dangerous.

At least, with a credit card your money is not gone instantly as with a debit card.

There are many other places to shop online than at Amazon. Try some.

Disaster - STICK WITH INSTACART

I spend about two hours putting items in the cart. Paid for it and I noticed that there were still 11 items in the cart that FOR SOME REASON didn't get included in the purchase. Called amazon and they replaced the order for the remaining 11 items. Hung up and noticed that there were STILL 3 ITEMS not included called again and order finally placed. Got a notice on my phone that the order had been delivered. Nope it hadn't. So I called back and they said it had been delivered to an obscure address from my address list from 4 years ago!!! So I had to drive over at 10pm to someone's house to get my groceries. Now it's Christmas Eve (morning) and I have everything laid out to cook the dinner and missing 4 of the items from the order and am being told they will refund me for those items and that's it. Christmas Eve dinner and I have to leave with two small children is holiday shopping mayhem to get my own things anyway. I HATE THEM.

Amazon prize spin has had me locked out all day

11/1/18 logged in then an Amazon spin popped up. No way to get it off the screen. It claims I won thousand dollar Amazon card. I don't want gift card. But it won't delete off screen. I try to log in it pops up. Been member since 2009.

I am dealing with the same problem I can not log in or log out Facebook and my gmail account says it's not safe it showing they are not in the United States this is what showing for mocospace I never applied to any amazon primerusa this showing in Africa mocospace needs to do something about security

Ordered the new Dot and received a notice that it was delivered on Thursday to my wife's work address. Only problem was that it WASN'T delivered to US! Amazon's own delivery service couldn't deliver to the right address. They set me up for a replacement to be delivered today to my home. Got the notice 30 minutes ago that it was delivered, but again, NOT to US. I tried to get them to tell me where it was actually delivered to, but they wouldn't, and once they deliver it they won't go back and retrieve it. So they are delivering new Dots, and for free, just not to those of us that have actually ordered them.

I ordered Hoverboards for grandchildren only to find out they came from China and maybe the ones to explode. We have nit used rhe ine we did receivex because I ordered two was charged over $500.00 for 2 received one shipment and one board. Did not find out till xmas eve when I went to wrap gifts that order was incomplete. Contacted seller well over 24 hours ago and still no response from them. Amazon keeps saying give seller time to respond. They had no problem taking money out of my account now I dont care who puts it back but someone better. Buyer beware

i had my purse stolen. when the thieves realized they had my spare key, they came back and stole my car. evidently, i failed to update my online account information. paypal sent a nice little reminder. amazon.com turned me over to trs with a $25 fee. what kind of customer service is that? i have done business with them since they began online and before. when you contact amazon.com, they give you an automatic telecheck number. no human contact ever. i have had all the *** i can take. i am interested in filing a class action suit here in california. please help me, carol

Bad software to foster site dependence

Amazon.com. At one time I recommended this site to anyone shopping. Now I would not recommend this site to my enemies. Amazon.com has corrupted their MP3 downloader so that you will get so frustrated that you will save your songs to their new Cloud Player. When you run out of space, you will have to buy more space. Customer service reps will not help with download problems because if you get what you want their is no incentive to use Cloud Player. They push you to use Cloud Player when their is a problem and these days their is always a problem. They made me so mad that I cancelled a big order. In retaliation, customer service cancelled the order but did not notify the bank of the cancellation, so 3 days later the bank is still holding the money waiting for amazon.com to claim it. When contacted the reps had no idea of what the problem was. Amazon was once my online shopping site of choice, they have now earned a place on my *** List. Companies on my *** List do not get any of my business, even if they have the best price and are the only site selling the item I want. Thanks amazon for jerking me around. In the coming months I will have saved a lot of money that would have been spent on your site.

I dislike Amazon's requirment to install their downloader software to buy an album.

To download 12 songs directly onto my MP3 player one at a time would cost $3 more than the album, so I installed their downloader, got the album, then immediately un-installed the downloader and cleaned my registry and file system of all its left-overs.

I avoided the "cloud" entirely.
