Can’t understand operator

When I called to see where my item was I was told my address is wrong , well it isnt But needless to say amazon operators need to assist people and not make us sound stupid Ive been waiting for a refill water filter for my refrigerator for a week now , it was promised as a two day item Now it cant be found Could be late Could be lost Who knows , the operator certainly doesnt , and was of no help what so ever I spend hundreds of dollars on amazon Am I receiving this item ? Or not ?

amazon is not delivering to individual units in this 90 unit complex..simply throwing the packages over the front gate rather than use code to deliver to units..packages are piling up

Login Harassment

I am constantly being forced to verify my identity when I login to Amazon.com, or submit my password, multiple times during a browsing session. This constant harassment has caused me simply to not login to the website. Which, is an inconvenience for me, because that does nothing to change the site's behavior. Amazon's website will also quote one price for an item before I login, and a higher price after I've logged in. Why? Because, I am a Prime customer. The higher price covers the cost of that "free shipping" Amazon lies about.

Just cancelled my SubPrime due to inept delivery service. On two separate occasions I've had to track packages delivered to my next door neighbor or undelivered package because useless driver claimed he could not access building when all he had to do is lift latch on gate. I have no locks on neither front or driveway gates.

I had an expensive mattress in my cart for $781. I went home and got the credit card I wanted and the item became $791. It's only $10, but the point is, it shouldn't have changed prices in two hours! I contacted Amazon and they said, if you put an item in your cart, they can change it at anytime, until it is purchased! They refused to adjust it to the price it was this am! I'm extremely disappointed. I order a lot from Amazon and I'm normally very happy! Be careful when you order!

Flaw in shipping procedure

There is a black hole in the shipping procedures. I ordered something a week before the holiday season. I tracked a package that said it was shipped. When ten days (10) elapsed, I called to find out that the shipping actually never occurred even though a tracking number was issued and everything said it was on its way. Apparently, there is no double check that a package never really ships so they cannot notify you nor do anything about it. Even after finding out about the shipment, they would only offer 2 day shipping or a refund and not pay for next day or overnight shipping.

It's beyond obvious you're NOT a "great" customer... To have a buyer account suspended requires a long term pattern of abusing their lenient return and refund policies.

When you cost a business money on a regular basis, you really can't be surprised when they escort you to the curb.

Also, they can suspend and ban whoever they like, and they don't need to tell you why. All of this IS in the terms and conditions, you know..that wall of text you didn't read before you agreed to it by opening an account..

Yesterday i noticed a charge on my credit card for amazon prime. I have never authorized a payment for prime membership! They did refund my money, but only because it was within the 3 day money back period. I immediately deleted all my cards associated with my Amazon account. They just lost a customer, but we are a dime a dozen.
