I think what we have gear is a third party seller who probably got the account froze for ripping off amazon customers.

They have my account in review for over $20K. They told me at first that it would take 30 days and then when I tried to contact them again they got angry and sent me a letter saying it will take 45 days now. Amazon is a joke!!

Looks like your records are very organized and well documented. I had a recent similar situation.

I don't know what's going on with Amazon, but you are not alone. There are a LOT of folks who are getting merchandise stolen from them with Amazon's assistance.

Report them to the Better Business Bureau. It takes about ten minutes to file a claim.

The more reports like this the better business bureau receives, the bigger a message it sends that we will not be screwed over by these thieves formerly known as Amazon.com. Theft is a crime. Do not take it lying down. Report them.

Amazon ripp off

I recently ordered a toy story action figure from a seller at amazon. I wanted to change the shipping addr. amazon had the prompts that say"change delivery addr" but it won't let you change it. I tried to change it immedietly, but you can't. But the money came off my credit cared instantly!!! ripp off! Customer service says you can file a claim after the delivery date, I don't believe that. I tried to email the seller and I was emailed by amazon that the email did not go thru!! I am cancelling my account. Watch out for this. Once you type in your shipping addr you cannot change it even though you have a prompt to do so, and they have already banked your money!!! Sorry I did this

That was not the seller, that was a buyer not knowing how to use Amazon's system. I'm willing to bet the seller got a negative out of it and had no way to avoid it.
