Amazon Rips off Sellers - No Ifs, Ands or Buts About It

I have been an Amazon pro seller for quite a while. I had very few returns and only 1 A to z claim, which I settled with a refund. However, this last o-round with this bunch has really done it in for me - permanently. No wonder Bezos can sit on his billions and laugh. His company rips off sellers and supports scam artists who use the A to z claim system to blatantly cheat people. I have spent thousands upon thousands on Amazon over the years, but I can guarantee you, they will not see one more cent from me as a consumer. What a bunch of LOSERS! The company outsources it's A to z claim system to - wait for it - INDIA!!! You can never get anyone who speaks English or can even read, apparently. Some lunatic broad bought an aloe vera plant from my store, filed an A to z claim and TOLD THEM when she filed that she would not return the plant. Period. So I refunded half of her purchase price, thinking that would settle the entire claim. NOPE! These retards in the A to z claims department repeatedly sent me emails to send to the buyer, requesting that she return the item for a full refund. Yes, I would have gladly given the crazy beeatcch a full refund, had she returned the item. But NOPE because "she needed it". Well, cray cray broad, I need a million dollars. That sure doesn't mean I can just take it from someone and keep it, now does it...Anyway, long story short, now all of my funds are "unavailable" and my account is under review. That's not really a problem, though, because I'm parting ways with these clowns. I'm even going so far as to change my bank account and credit cards that are on file to make SURE these dishonest pieces of *** cannot rip me off for one more dime. Already downgraded my pro account and went into "vacation" mode. Bezos can suck it.

I ordered an Amazon Kindle because I recently traded mine in so I could order a newer Kindle. When I went to buy it, I found a price that is lower than usual, apparently I later found that it had been a pricing error. I ordered just one Kindle with the lower pricing. After nearly 24 hours and without any notice, my order just disappeared from my order history. I looked around and there are many discussions of people ordering as many as 5 Kindles and having them delivered the same day with Prime Now. We don't live in an area served by Prime Now and I had chosen one day shipping. I am very unhappy that Amazon randomly cancelled my order while many other people were able to buy several. I will be going away from home and had hoped to bring a Kindle to read. I have purchased several hundreds of Kindle books and nearly every version of the Kindle, with the Kindle being my favorite form of recreational reading In an effort to find a way to actually get a Kindle in time before we leave I looked on craigslist and found where many of the extra ordered Kindles have wound up. The listings are full of "new, unopened Kindle PaperWhites" being sold at a profit, while I can't get Amazon to honor the single purchased Kindle that I ordered. I spent over 2 hours trying to remedy the problem both on the phone and through chat, with absolutely no progress.

My Amazon account was hacked 1/6/2016 3 game stop cards for 49.99 were ordered, I got the e-mail from Amazon saying that my account was accessed and to change my password, I informed them that 3 cards were ordered and they promised that they would cancel the charges, well after several calls and e-mails and months they still never gave me my money back, I had to get my credit card company to do a charge back. I can never trust them (Amazon) again I will be canceling my account as of today.

However book was listed as Very Good with some highlighting BUT over 50% of pages has major highlighting - not just a word or sentence here and there - NOT very good at all, Not just 'some' highlighting - LOTS. Very Good is for Minimal highlighting. I will NOT buy fm this seller again. Reason for removal: Feedback submitted was a product review and not related to seller. -- Highlighting inside a used book has nothing to do with the publisher nor the author. That is obvious. My review for the seller was not the only one deleted. Another stating problem with Condition of used book is also gone. I asked Amazon about this but received no response. Not allowed to speak directly to anyone in the department that deals with this. I have been an Amazon customer for 15 years. Condition of used books lately has become more often garage sale junk listed as Good. With worst sellers seem to have same or higher rating then actual good sellers who take care when listing the true condition of their books. Amazon has become a buyer Beware site in so many ways, slowly getting worse and worse.

Unethical,pathetic,cheating,uncivilized behaviour from Amazon India 1) First Ordered OPO using an amazon id, I had already purchased 2 phones on this id. The order got auto cancelled and after repeated struggles to speak to customer care, I was told that I have reached the purchase limit. So waste of an invite, if there is purchase limit, why would Amazon not place an check while placing an order. Why wait till the order is placed and then cancel it? Why the *** are you doing this? 2) Somehow got another invite and ordered OPO with new amazon id, again I get an email saying I have reached the purchase limit, how the *** am I supposed to reach the limit when I am placing first order through different amazon id. Again, invites wasted. When contacted dedicated team for OPO, one *** told me that he will try to give new invites and send me an email regarding that, the worst part here is , he never asked my order details or account or email details . Just an misdirection, I am boycotting OPO being sold on Amazon henceforth and let this message spread to the word. You have cheated so many people like this and I am going to post the recording of the conversation I had with the customer support executive. #BoycottAmazon Guys please support and share this post with hashtag #BoycottAmazon There are many such instances where Amazon had tried to cheat the people,for example , while ordering screenguard etc..This has to be highlighted and OPO should not be selled on Amazon.
