Terrible practice Amazon has to try and get you to subscribe to Prime. They purposely drag their feet sending out orders, hoping you subscribe. Always check EBay, Walmart and others before Amazon.

The wonderful thief that Amazon hired to deliver packages cut open my package and stole my hair product (pathetic). The thief drove away very fast when I yelled at he/she as they sped away in a large white pickup truck.

Just cancelled my SubPrime due to inept delivery service. On two separate occasions I've had to track packages delivered to my next door neighbor or undelivered package because useless driver claimed he could not access building when all he had to do is lift latch on gate. I have no locks on neither front or driveway gates.

I'm sorry to hear that this is still going on. I was banned in August of last year, don't know why.

Gave up on the idea of being reinstated after emailing the jeff@amazon email and then getting the same canned response I'd gotten when they'd banned me. Wasn't a top reviewer, had never even been offered a discount or refund for a review. I was a longtime Prime member, had subscribe and save autoshipments, Kindle Unlimited. Cancelled them all, and since then the only things I ever buy on Amazon are ebooks, and things I haven't found anywhere else.

Otherwise, my business all went to Chewy.com, Walmart.com, and eBay. Even found a couple of my previous favorite Amazon sellers on eBay as well.

I really liked Amazon and would have remained a loyal customer, but I really don't like being accused of (and penalized for) something I haven't done. Especially when Amazon reaped the benefit of people like us taking the time to leave an honest review in the first place.

They don't claim you will get it in 2 days time. They offer 2 day shipping for prime.

Shipping occurs when the product is sent out.

There is processing time. Why is that so tough for you to understand?
