Amazon Now Screwing Customers in Hawaii

I continue to be completely annoyed with what Amazon now seems to be doing to deliberately DELAY shipments to us when we’re at our home in Hawaii. Are you aware that Hawaii is a STATE, one of the 50 UNITED STATES? So why are we being treated so badly? My last order that was all "Prime" items originally was set to arrive over TWO WEEKS after placing it. After lodging a complaint with Amazon, they said the order was being changed to “one-day shipping” It was still received OVER A WEEK LATER. A small box that weighed less than two pounds, and contained over $300 worth of items. And I have an order that I was planning to place today - three very small, light items. All “Prime” items. The Amazon system tells me that my PRIME shipping would be almost TWO WEEKS to Hawaii, and even “one-day shipping” won’t arrive until DECEMBER 15. A WEEK FOR “PRIORITY SHIPPING”, AND AN ADDITIONAL $77.94 SHIPPING COST, FOR A WEEK LATER ARRIVAL! I’d like to know what’s now going wrong with Amazon service to Hawaii. Clearly it’s much different than it was earlier this year. Orders placed by us are SITTING for a week or more even BEFORE being shipped! My next step is to start discussing this with my US Congressman. We’re being subjected to some kind of discrimination. THIS IS AMERICA, TOO!

Call 1-877-252-2701 and let them know you have a complaint about the drivers. Depending on the Amazon delivery driver they can be in a van/truck or personal car.

It's best if you can get a tracking number to associate with the driver (these start with TBA) but zip code, time of day and description of incident will work too. Unfortunately, this may only cover that particular driver as it isn't always the same driver delivering to same area. Also unfortunately, everything is done on a case by case towards each driver complaint.

Amazon is using less and less ups, usps and fedex. Regardless if this is a Prime or PrimeNow order, this is the number to call.

I'm front desk at a business complex and I'm SO over Amazon's (new) delivery service. Their subcontractors aren't remotely interested in delivering to the right place (most business locations have Receiving Departments!).

They've left things in unattended lobbies. Security has found Amazon packages left outside dock doors! They tried to deliver packages that weren't even addressed to our location. I tried to contact a real person at Amazon who cared - Good Luck!

The last few years, I did most of my Christmas shopping online with Amazon. Until they close their sad disaster of using subcontractors to deliver their packages I'm not ordering anything from Amazon.

Amazon delivers FREE Dots

Details
Ordered the new Dot and received a notice that it was delivered on Thursday to my wife's work address. Only problem was that it WASN'T delivered to US! Amazon's own delivery service couldn't deliver to the right address. They set me up for a replacement to be delivered today to my home. Got the notice 30 minutes ago that it was delivered, but again, NOT to US. I tried to get them to tell me where it was actually delivered to, but they wouldn't, and once they deliver it they won't go back and retrieve it. So they are delivering new Dots, and for free, just not to those of us that have actually ordered them.

Amazon took my money and failed to delivery the items in their listing. The listing clearly showed a 10 count box,(see screen shot), and they sent 1. I contacted Amazon 2x over the missing 9 items. The first call was nice and Mohamed attempted to resend. Again only 1 was shipped. Now I have 2 and I'm missing 8. Again I contact Amazon customer service, this time it was Adam, and relay the same issue. Adam was less than helpful when pressed to fulfill my purchase. He finally said it was under review and they wouldn't honor the price. It was just..... here's a refund, now go away, and he then hung up on me. The whole experience left a major feeling of distrust towards Amazon. I buy and sell a lot on the internet. I mean I really buy and sell a lot on the internet, hundreds of items, I have purchased a $40k car from out of state. I'm not a rookie when doing business via the internet. I want to believe that my expectations on internet purchasing are balanced. So at this point I can't think of a reason to ever need to do business again with a company like Amazon

I ordered a headphone on Friday(Sep 30) and it has not arrived till Tuesday(Oct 4). It has been a total of 5 days. The page said it will be arrived on Monday, but it has not. I heard it takes usually 2-3 days to get your order. It is kinda frustrating to wait than the estimated arrived day(posted).

Yes, my friend and I ordered a cell phone with a 6" screen (as a prime member) Amazon shipped me a cell phone with a 5" screen. I contacted Amazon and was told Amazon has sent out the wrong item and yes the screen size of the phone i purchased was indeed a 6" screen (i repeated "6" display screen" yes say Amazon customer Service Representative) . i got an email saying my now 2nd phone from my original order was shipped and of course I contacted Amazon again to confirm 6" dispay screen ; Yes says the 2nd Amazon Rep. It to was a 5" display screen that amazon sent to my home : again I contacted Amazon this time i was told "can't help you get what you ordered and paud for,sorry fella!. Your Reps were wrong. Now Amazon will not even respond to help fix this mess they created. I feel like they have set me uo and stole time and money from me.

I have been an Amazon pro seller for quite a while. I had very few returns and only 1 A to z claim, which I settled with a refund. However, this last o-round with this bunch has really done it in for me - permanently. No wonder Bezos can sit on his billions and laugh. His company rips off sellers and supports scam artists who use the A to z claim system to blatantly cheat people. I have spent thousands upon thousands on Amazon over the years, but I can guarantee you, they will not see one more cent from me as a consumer. What a bunch of LOSERS! The company outsources it's A to z claim system to - wait for it - INDIA!!! You can never get anyone who speaks English or can even read, apparently. Some lunatic broad bought an aloe vera plant from my store, filed an A to z claim and TOLD THEM when she filed that she would not return the plant. Period. So I refunded half of her purchase price, thinking that would settle the entire claim. NOPE! These retards in the A to z claims department repeatedly sent me emails to send to the buyer, requesting that she return the item for a full refund. Yes, I would have gladly given the crazy beeatcch a full refund, had she returned the item. But NOPE because "she needed it". Well, cray cray broad, I need a million dollars. That sure doesn't mean I can just take it from someone and keep it, now does it...Anyway, long story short, now all of my funds are "unavailable" and my account is under review. That's not really a problem, though, because I'm parting ways with these clowns. I'm even going so far as to change my bank account and credit cards that are on file to make SURE these dishonest pieces of *** cannot rip me off for one more dime. Already downgraded my pro account and went into "vacation" mode. Bezos can suck it.

I've noticed in the last few years that very few items actually reach me in two days, in fact Amazon appears to have given up on even the pretense of two day delivery. On a recent Prime order, right after ordering it was indicated that the estimated delivery was 5 days away.

It's been 4 months since I submitted a claim and it's been impossible to find someone that knows the status! Wasted an entire Saturday afternoon being passed from dept to dept!
