Amazon.com they Take your money and dont deliver!!

I have made an order with amazon.com on January 7th. Its now feb.....no product. I have never seen shipping estimates of 1-21 days, and gurantees money back in over a month. All it took was one click to take my money. Amazon needs to restructure its marketplace practices. Requirements of shipping and tracking info should be implemented to better serve and protect comsumers. One month of waiting is absurd and time consuming, to file a A-Z claim. All this time I have been waiting, hoping my product arrives. A month later and now I dont have to guess, now its never coming. Requiring shipping/tracking info will better allow consumers to pinpoint where their product is, and if it has even been shipped. Unless this will change, I will never shop from amazon.

well, amazon in all my experiences never charged me until it was shipped, and always provided tracking info on their website and tracking #s so if you prefer you could track it at the delivery's website. if it was shipped usps, then blame their tracking.

i just picked up my planet of the apes box set (in the giant monkey head :) yet the website only says that it left the warehouse on 7-7-08.

(its 7-9 today) usps doesn't update their tracking info like ups, fedex or dhl. this is a fault of the shipper not the seller though.

AMAZON SUCKS..3Weeks NO delivery, C.Service no help

I have ordered a ps3 Jan 7th 08!! I was emailed order was shipped on Jan 9th 08. Its now Jan 27 08, no product!! Amazon C. service states because I have purchased from the marketplace I have to wait till Feb 1st 08 for filing a claim. All I want to know is, Why have a shipment date, yet no type of proof of shipment has been surfaced to me. I have emailed 18 times, and no replies from this seller. C. Service states they can't help me until after feb 1st 08. Amazon, you know what will help me??? Communicate with your seller, require shipment tracking confirmation. Require you sellers to reply to customer's emails. P.S. Take a look at ebays requirements and policies, maybe you all might learn something!!!

All equipment sold at best buy for directv is leased, it says so ON THE BOX THE RECEIVE COMES IN as well as IN THE PAMPLETS THAT YOU HAVE THE CHOICE TO GRAB and not to mention ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR BEST BUY RECEIPT.

But hey who can expect idiots that this country for some reason calls 'consumers' to read?? No wonder this country is in a recession, it is controlled by complete ***

Amazon Seller-Performance are FRAUD. They do not respond to requests for help and assign tickets to support and support says we can do nothing it is Amazon Seller-Performance who can tell you what to do.

Between them, you are one bad A@@ seller if you question why you are not getting any help.

The other day, Amazon bug caused no handling days to be reflected and some customers were unhappy leaving negative feedback because it took me 6 days to do the handling, Amazon Seller-Performance suspended my account indicating that as one of the reasons too, and support refused to remove the related feedback, and it have been a week and have not heard back of when they expect to resolve this bug!

The only solution I know off is to bug the media & investment asking them to help get answer to the situation...

My account was close for 8 month and I was 99% until I contacted the media department... This Seller-Performance won't even revisit a bad decision unless you get through higher authority.
