SadI ordered three toilet bowls. One is broken which was delivered on 11/04/2021 by FedEx.

My plumbers are coming on 11/06/2021 to install the toilets. I spoke to Amazon CS Mr. Abel, he said it will be a problem to send the replacement on the next day. Thus, I am going to buy the three toilet bowls from Costco (Which I do not enjoy).

But I have no other choice, to get plumbers appointment is very difficult due to the labor shortage. Please take my merchandise picked up from my home and give me credit. The items are very heavy to carry. I am enclosing a video clip of the delivery person that he did not put the box softly on the floor.

I have tried to add the video clip, but not able to.

If any other way possible please let me know, I have saved the video. Thanks for your kind attention.
