The directions came in French, I asked for one in English to be mailed to me and was told it couldnt be done!!!(what????).

Also the ice maker came without the plastic scoop to remove the ice from the basket! I would like that sent to my home.

For the inconveniences, I would like to propose sending free of charge(along with the scoop) a ice storage bag that was shown as being purchased be customers when they bought the ice maker!!!

Ive been a loyal Prime customer for multiple years, and this is the first time my complaints/concerns have not been satisfactory met!!!
