Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I was gifted a Herman Miller chair that was purchased from Amazon. The company I previously worked for gifted it to me as a parting gift.

I have already reached out to them and was not able to find the information Amazon was requesting. I do not know who purchased it or when it was purchased. I don't have an order number, packing slip, or the information of the person who purchased it. I have a broken chair that the manufacturer will not take back because it was purchased through Amazon.

The FO # is H02014, and PO # is 7Q5EOTTJ. This proves that the chair came from Amazon. All I'm asking is that Amazon honor it's return policy. Amazon who makes billions of dollars owes me $1,495 and can't even honor it's refund policy.

When I chat with customer service they say they can't help and to email them.

When I call customer support they say they can't help and to email them. So you're probably wondering, "why don't you email them?" I have and have not received a response going on 4 days now.
