Amazon - Billing issue that hasn’t been resolved
yes i am still having a problem with amazon.
the situation started when nine items were charged ti my sister in laws credit card which was also on my account. for some reason it became my default account even tho my card on file was fine.
She called her credit card company and put in a dispute bec she didnt realize it was my account. once we realized she told them to pay the charges. citibank advised her over a week ago that the charges have been paid. for some reason this still hasnt been cleared up.
any new charges after that should go on my credit card as its always has been. i was told someone would call me and that hasnt happened.
i called a few times and have gotten no satisfaction. please i want to resolve this
