Synchrony Bank and Amazon was contacted on June 6, 2019 at 15:12 p.m. to discuss the discrepancies of purchased and returned items.
The conversation lasted for one hour. I discussed line-by-line items current status and requested a confirmation of the current balance via email at the conclusion of the conversation. The requested document was never sent to confirm my balance. I received an invoice statement in the amount of $266.10 dated June 5, 2019.
Items in the amount of $152.64 was returned and confirmed. Due solely to Amazon grossly continuous errors for returning items I had to pay out of pocket monies to return the items. It was specifically stated code labels would be provided but was not. Also, I had to make four separate trips to the UPS store because of their mistakes to return the items.
Additional items in the amount of $144.12 were also purchased during the transaction of the returns. Accordingly, the returned items were to be reversed back on the Amazon original payment method. A payment of $100.00 was made in advance of the scheduled due date although, a harassing late payment notification had been sent. Another invoice statement from Synchrony arrived in the amount of $208.47 with an interest charge of $2.72 with the due date of July 28, 2019.
The payment due dates are scheduled for the 28th day of each month. Since establishing an open line of credit with Synchrony Bank and Amazon I have encountered a systematic pattern with current balances when items are returned.
Both parties continue to show a lack of concern by placing the hardship burden on the customer and using the blame game by not communicating with each other to resolve the issue in a timely professional matter. Previously an adverse credit rating report was submitted by Synchrony pertaining to the same matter as stated within.
