On Dec 2, 2021 one of your Amazon drivers hit our house, ripped off our gutters and sliced our internet, cable and phone lines in two. While trying to flee the accident, she got stuck on our driveway causing huge ruts i Our landscaping, striking two trees beyond repair (and damaging the camera on the Amazon truck) and had to call someone else to help get her off the driveway.

We were home and witnessed the entire thing. We reported it to you TWICE before ever getting any response from ARC. Then they basically want to know if we have video to prove she did it.... no, we dont but we do have pics...of the damage, the van, the license plates.

She wouldnt give us her name. She gave us some sob story about not reporting anything because her kid has cancer and she was going to get fired We went without cable, internet and phone for 3 weeks ($218). The gutters replacements and debris removal are going to be $756 and the two trees, ruts and damage to other landscape and drive!

way are $725. Not a huge amount but something we are not and should not be responsible single for Yesterday, after a month of basically no communications (poor at best) we filed a complaint against ARC Claims Then miraculously today they issued a check........and said it was resolved......

for 1/2 of the estimated damages caused by their delivery driver. We never accepted this amount. They refuse to contact us We also see they have many many complaints on the BBB site and that reflects on you. We are unwilling to negotiate on this amount.

We spent time and money gathering estimates and going with the lowest figure......all the while without cable, internet or phones for 3 weeks because of this drivers negligence and the company not communicating with us promptly....not to mention having to have trees cut down that she hit) . We sent over 30 emails in the last month and they would not provide us with a phone number to call. This is unacceptable. No see that dozens !

Please have someone contact us immediately. We do not want to get our attorneys involved, but we feel like that might be the next step.
