I see I am sadly not alone with this complaint. I ordered several books to be part of Santa's presents for my kids and despite that I ordered them with plenty of time to arrive (yesterday in the morning they showed "out for delivery") they have no been unexplainably delayed....
and seem to go missing. My favorite comment from talking with Amazon reps was the person who they transferred me to in "Logistics" who said "it was out of her control" and there was "nothing" she could do. But assured me they SHOULD hopefully arrive by the 26th... Yay.
I will put my daughter on the phone with them next time and have them explain how Santa was 2 days late.
So much for the "guarantee" that they would arrive on the 23rd.... Next year, I will boycott them for any Christmas gifts for sure!
