Amazon - Customer service doesn't known how to deal

I order a Bitmain Antminer S9 from Amazon. Then a few hours later my order disappeared from my order list. Tried to see why my order disappeared? Customer service didn't have any explanation and just say order it again and we will reset your password. I did as they instructed and something happens again. They don't now how to deal with this issue and kept hanging up. I have ended up spending about 8 hours talking to them on the phone without any solution even though I have given them my order number. They just keep sending me a password reset which is no help at all and they have not been able to explain or resolve this issue for almost 5 days.

Today as i was checking "the great Indian festival sale" on amazon. I wanted to buy 2 products Ambrane P-1310 13000mAH Power Bank (Black-Grey) which actually cost is 999 and the sale price is 899 Bajaj Majesty SWX400 700-Watt Grill Sandwich Toaster (White) which actually cost 1299 and sale price 799 I added these products in the cart but as i was making my payment the price changed from the sale price to actual price. I have been trying to post an ad for my new book, Schrödinger's Cabinet, ASIN B01JG41U72 but it keeps being rejected. The reasons Amazon provides are vague but I kept at it - remember each change takes at least a day and the responses are ambiguous - you have to guess what is causing the offense. 1) I get rid of the blood that was on the original cover 2) I get rid of the link to the video trailer 3) I change the headline text, removing the word 'election' amongst other changes 4) I change the body text, removing the word 'Trump' amongst other changes 5) I get rid of a picture of the House of Representatives on the cover - now the cover is an owl on a black background 6) I am told that an owl on a black background " advocates a specific political ideology" 7) I change the body text again 8) I change the headline text again After all this, I am told that the rejections are not a result of my advert but due to a "technical issue" at Amazon and that one of their tech specialists is working on it. 8 days later, he is still "working on it" (I receive three more emails telling me this) but there is no evidence of such. And it is hard to believe that a tech giant such as Amazon can have such deep technical issues over one advert. Meanwhile, even though I am told that the rejections are a technical issue, I still get emails saying the rejections are because my owl "advocates a specific political ideology" - different answers, no explanations. I get another email that gives a link to track the progress of my case. It also includes two buttons for me to provide feedback ('did this answer your question, yes/no') - all of the links take me to a page that states I don't have authorisation to see the page. I have written to Amazon in all the different ways I can possibly think of. In return, all I get are these automated emails that are incompatible with each other and offer no significant information. My coordinated marketing campaign is in shreds. I am being tortured by machines.
