I haven’t been able to access amazon video and I paid a year. When contacted customer service through chat, they sent me through several people.

One in particular had me de register my device knowing that you cannot register it again until the app opens and Shalini (customer service) knew it wouldn’t open. Next person they sent me too, ended the chat on his end without notifying me and left me hanging- Brent. Then waited until one popped up, who said this has been an issue for a few days and to expect it fixed in 24 hours. I screen shot the whole message thread.

They made me spend over an hour on chat.

I asked more than once for a credit on my account since I paid for a service I can’t access and was denied. I’ve been a member for well over a year and they increased my yearly charge from $99 to $132 and this is how I’m treated.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Fix the problem and give me access and a credit to my account .
