I am getting more and more upset EVERYTIME I call Amazon customer care. Im am techy and only call Amazon Firestick help when nothing I do works. I already know the troubleshoots they are going to say for called before. I had just got off a 45 min call through 3 reps from another country repeating the same exact thing atleast four times to each rep. The only simple problem was firestick keeps turning off. Although I explained each troubleshoot I did, they told me to do them again over and over like did not understand me that I had done each one already. It is not cool that us customers have to go through this.

Hello I will never buy another prouduct from amazon ever again after the *** I went through trying to get my fire tablet working I restored it back to factory settings the thing locked up and put me on the  email address and password page I have my email ID but I did not have my password so I clicked on forgot password and the *** thing froze again It would not let me do anything it said contact amazon support so I called amazon and and told the person what happened so she put me on hold after about 10 minutes the she comes back on the phone and asked me for my email account information so I gave my info to the dummy and she said go online to your email and get the message they sent me I told dummy that I do not have a computer I have this tablet but I do not have access to a computer all I got was 30 seconds of nothing then she came back down to earth so she said she would transfer me to another dummy so on comes the music again I was on hold for another 10 minutes the next dummy gets on the line and said the exact thing to me the first numskull did Im Being Nice Here so this S&*%$ went on at least five more times oh I also was hung up on three times Im telling every one I know to never buy an amazon product ever if they have one to smash it into a million pieces and throw it away

Amazon - deceptive info, threat to close account if return

I have been with Amazon for 11 years, but since last year, it has gone downhill, poor customer service, poor delivery, wrong cheap quality products that they cannot stand by...returns are difficult, prime delivery is often more than 2 days even though you pay $79..mean people who pretend to help but make fun behind your back and keep pass you over frm one person to another, one pretending to be a supervisor. Kindle technical support is useless...suddenly worst company to deal with

Amazon - Lack of Technical Specs for Appliances

I am trying to purchase a built in microwave oven on amazon.com because I have some gift certs to use up. The lack of detailed tech specs., available on the individual ovens is frustrating. They have details on "super saver shipping" loud and clear. Something as simple as dimensions are crucial but unavailable. Why? I have to copy the model # open a tab to go to the product or other distributor web site for the tech details. Also, I had a problem with one of the gift card codes being recognized. When I went to the help screen for this problem it kept prompting me to enter the code I've been having a problem with! I finally made up a different problem so I could get a number to call for telephone support. They told me they would email me in two days with a new code. Two days went by, no email. However I logged into amazon and noticed that my gift was in fact posted to my account. It just wasn't a great experience.

Amazon - Magellen GPS Defective

Last month I purchased a new Magellen Roadmate GPS model 9055 through Amazon.com. The bluetooth function was set up an operated properly until this morning. It failed to operate this morning. Their technical service dept (outsourced to Ambergris Solutions in Banlore) waste more than 10 hours of my time until they finally promised to replace the unit. We have a fleet of vehicles equiped with Magellen GPS Units. Our next unit will be a Garmin. Garmin has never failed us. When we have sought technical support it was recieved in less than 10 minutes not 10 hours. I still have several hoops to jump through before I recieve a new unit. By then I should be well versed on a new Garmin.

AMAZON.COM IS USING SHADY TACTICS TO MAKE HOLIDAY SALES BUT AS OF TODAY JAN11TH, STILL HAVEN'T SHIP

Before One can purchase from Amazon.com it's clearly stated how many of the interested items is available for sale. Anyway My wife has decided to buy me a program TMPGENC Express 4.0 This items sell for about $86.00 to $100.00 depending of the seller. She had decided to buy my Christmas from Amazon instead of the many other online retailer including the manufacturer because Amazon offered on A disk rather Download version. Anyway the item in question was supposed to be here by Christmas. However it wasn't until December 30th , The same day we return from A trip to Canada, More than 7 days when the items should have been in our mail box that we were notify. that the items in question won't be ship until "22-28" of January. Needless to say it was some kind of joke being played on us by a Bored amazon Staff. After Contacting cust. Service dept. Of Amazon, I realized they are dead serious, and in my second email, enquiring about the fact 5 items were available for sale and immediate shipping when my wife place the order... Below is the answer I got.. Don't forget that my wife had to paid for the item before she could complete the order... These people will do anything to meet quota and have no respect to the customers that support them... it's a shame. Greetings from Amazon.com.
