We put in "delivery directions" in our Amazon profile. Do these lazy, dumb, incompetent Amazon delivery idiots read our delivery instructions?

Read it, imbeciles! I have gate codes, turn instructions, and building codes all in there. Give consumers the option to choose Amazon or UPS/FEDEX in order page!

Please! I will choose UPS every time!

I am interested in the 2-in-1 tablet & Phone, I wanted to hear about how it works, not the condition of the box it came in. Has anyone used the phone and LIKED it?

It received 5 stars in the description online. I am a 77 yr senior, I must have a phone that is easy to understand, and use. I am still thinking that I want to try the phone. As long as it doesn't explode or catch fire.

I thought the price is more than reasonable.

I have had several phones, and the only thing I have wished for, is that it does what the instructions says it can do. I'll give it a try, and get back to you.

Yes I would. I'm in the process of looking for a "New" smartphone.

I've been researching on line for my choice. I was looking at the Indigi brand. I've never heard of them and that's how I stumbled on this very informative and helpful review. I will not be purchasing that brand or from Amazon.

I have never researched the seller, just the product. For that Amazon rep to be so flippant about the customers concerns is uncalled for. And shows that they need to be retrained on "Quality" customer service. When I chose "NEW" on Amazons selections for unlocked phones, refurbished models came up as well.

There are 2 things that Consumer Reports tells you to never buy refurbished, phones and pc's. Thank you for the truthful review of the phone and the sellers. Once again buyer beware. And shame on Amazon for not standing behind you.

We may be little fish in their big pond; but there are a lot of us little fish in that pond.

Why are people calling for customer service? I see complaint after complaint about the cs when calling in.

I do it online via e-mail and have a response in less than 24 hours with complaint resolved every time. Get with the computer program folks.

You must live in a bad area. I place orders regularly, both to my home address and work address and have yet to have one late or not delivered, even when by Amazon Logistics.

Most likely the item you ordered wasn't eligible for Prime. I've had the eligible orders come late a couple of times and they have always offered a gift card as compensation for the delay.

Wait the three days and if still not delivered, try contacting Amazon again. If no help or they claim it has been delivered, file a dispute with your credit card issuer---you did use a credit and not a debit card, I hope.

It is not your responsibility to verify delivery---it is the senders. They sent it and guaranteed delivery.

And, if your dispute is denied, pay off the card except for this charge and don't pay for something you don't owe. Amazon is notorious for using unreliable shippers, usually the USPS but people keep trusting them---go figure.
