The word is "their"---not "there." As for Amazon, they now seem to rely on the USPS for many deliveries and we all know how efficient the post office is. But, Amazon got a good deal from the post office---cheaper---and thus sends out their packages that way if possible. You can complain to Amazon about the late delivery but I doubt they would reply, much less care.

I totally agree. Sure, calling Amazon about a shipping issue as a Prime Member and demanding recompense usually works.

But who has time to call them after every screwed up order? I know I don't. I'm pretty fed up myself as Amazon tells me they cannot control the shipping company nor which one is used. My question then is: How then do they presume to "guarantee" you free two day shipping as a Prime customer.

Is it supposed to just be "the thought that counts"? Amazon, I am PAYING for that "thought".

Received an apologetic e-mail advising would get an expedited replacement package no extra charge - and can keep the previous package. I received the expedited package today and it was perfect! This has fully restored my faith in Amazon.com.

I am interested in the 2-in-1 tablet & Phone, I wanted to hear about how it works, not the condition of the box it came in. Has anyone used the phone and LIKED it?

It received 5 stars in the description online. I am a 77 yr senior, I must have a phone that is easy to understand, and use. I am still thinking that I want to try the phone. As long as it doesn't explode or catch fire.

I thought the price is more than reasonable.

I have had several phones, and the only thing I have wished for, is that it does what the instructions says it can do. I'll give it a try, and get back to you.
