I did a biggest mistake in my life by order a product at Amazon even I can't imagine how horrible it is no response from delivery side or no response on item tracking still showing delivery is attempted ,called their customer care and 3rd party delivery team also but they provided some false information how a multinational e commerce company can be these much pathetic .. Hard to say whether Amazon holds orders a week or so before shipping, altho a policy like that doesn't make any sense business-wise. None at all.

However, if Amazon were to treat Prime members and general customers differently like giving preference to Prime members, that would be an acceptable and fair policy. Prime members are paying for two day shipping while the common people are not.

Thus, always give preference to your loyal, paying customers. All in all, seems fair to me.

Amazon - Shipping department taunting hand written note

I ordered 120 lollipops from amazon. Received a box with one lollipop and a roll of amazon shipping labels. On the roll of shipping labels there was a ha d written note saying “ha ya sucker”. Seemed intrusive and like someone at Amazon is toying with me. Amazon said they would investigate, however I don’t think they care too much.
