Yeah, read the terms and fine print carefully. I am sure that you happened to click something that said 2-day, but decided that you should just order quickly and be on your way.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS.

Take your time when you order. See if Prime is being set.

We had a really bad experience with Amazon as we ordered a patio set which did not live upto its quality. The quality was bad, it was flimsy and would get pushed by 2 feet every time you would attempt to sit on it. When we called the customer service, they were rude, did not inform us that they deal only with e-mails. We wasted hours talking to them and they would not pay for the return shipping of the item. The issues we had were the following 1) Poor quality of the product 2) Misisng harware and we had to make a few trips to the hardware store. 3) Misinformed the customer. 4) Misrepresented the product. 5) Poor customer service. Rather rude customer service. 6) They cut you when you talk to them as they need to go on the next call. They do not respect you at all. 7)We spoke with the return rep twice before we were told that they don't talk over the phone and deal with such issues on emails. I would never buy again from Amazon and would also discourage my friends and social gatherings to do do.

I ordered 2 phone cases and paid for 2 day shipping. The cases never showed up. So of course I contact Amazon and ask where my stuff is. Instead of a reply they throw my money back to me and I've tried to contact them 3 times with no response. It's been almost 2 weeks and Amazon has yet to respond about this. I didn't want a refund I just wanted my phone cases. Worst service ever. Definitely taking my business to Overstock from now on.

Amazon Canada in Mississauga, Ontario - Ordered Expensive Litter Box, Only Received Parts of it

Basically I ordered the ModKat litter box from Amazon.ca and we all know how expensive it is. Upon bringing in the package I noticed it was incredibly light and rattled loudly when moved. I opened the package and surprisingly there was no "ModKat" box within the packaging and only the amazon shipping paper as well as the lid for the Modkat and the Scooper. Really Amazon.... Really? The amount of obscenities that came out of my mouth at that moment. And oh the lovely customer service, I received a double dose of attitude from them when I only asked if I could send it back and get a refund. They don't even want to authorize a return, they only offered to give me 20% of the value. Well Amazon you lost a loyal customer, I am cancelling all my subscriptions and charging you back as it has been a month long yelling battle between myself and rude customer support staff.

Amazon in Overland Park, Kansas - Delay in shipping and unable to cancel order

I ordered a part for my truck on Sunday, the ad stating it would be delivered within 5-7 days. It's day four and the item hasn't even shipped. When I called customer service, I was told the item was too far into the shipping process to be canceled, although no exact shipping date could be confirmed. I was informed that it would be another 5 to 7 days before I receive the item after it ships. This is actually the first problem I'd had with Amazon regarding late shipments. I might ad that the item was in stock both when I ordered it and when I called customer service.

If you are into day four of a 5-7 days shipping estimate, you are not experiencing late shipping. You are experiencing impatient customer syndrome.

Horrible customer service. I ordered an oil extraction pump, that clearly stated in the decription that it was manual and pheumatic. I contacted the seller and was told that its manual only and thats what I ordered. They claim the decription is correct, which is B.S.. I contacted amazon, and they told me the same, that they sent me the item I ordered, and the decription was correct, so they said they cant do anything for me. The seller agreed to take back the item, but I would have to pay return shipping, cause they claim its my error, to ship it back cost $30, and the item was only $70, total B.S. If the item description would have been correct I would have never ordered the stupied thing. I've bought hundreds of item through and from amazon over the years, and this is how I get treated by them. Its absolutely insane, any can read the description of the item and clearly see that its incorrect, but apparently not the seller, or amazons support people..

Amazon in Tokyo, Tokyo - My items is lost

Bought my college kit: razors, deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste, soap, lottery ticket, over-the-counter medications, hairbrush and snacks. After 3 weeks, I had never received them. The seller said he have ship it already. I have to refund. Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad. Not only was the shipping window a month and a half after the order was placed, but the seller never provided a tracking number, and we never received the item. Never use the seller or again. Horrible customer service from both. I'm very unhappy & I think he need to send it I would appreciate it. Where's my items?????

Yes I would. I'm in the process of looking for a "New" smartphone.

I've been researching on line for my choice. I was looking at the Indigi brand. I've never heard of them and that's how I stumbled on this very informative and helpful review. I will not be purchasing that brand or from Amazon.

I have never researched the seller, just the product. For that Amazon rep to be so flippant about the customers concerns is uncalled for. And shows that they need to be retrained on "Quality" customer service. When I chose "NEW" on Amazons selections for unlocked phones, refurbished models came up as well.

There are 2 things that Consumer Reports tells you to never buy refurbished, phones and pc's. Thank you for the truthful review of the phone and the sellers. Once again buyer beware. And shame on Amazon for not standing behind you.

We may be little fish in their big pond; but there are a lot of us little fish in that pond.

Amazon generally lists when M item is out of stock, in my experience. It's crazy that they reserve some stock for those who pay for one day shipping
