Ordered 3 flashlights on my Prime account with 2 day shipping. On the day of arrival was notified by Amazon the shipment was "delayed".

Amazon tried to pass it off as a USPS carrier error when in fact Amazon had dropped the package at the wrong place to begin with. 3 delivery dates have come and gone and still no package. Amazon customer service said they could refund shipping costs, but since I was a Prime member shipping was "free". I don't consider 100.00 a year "free." Very disappointed.

Hopefully I will receive the items on the next scheduled delivery date, but just don't expect Amazon to help you out if they make an error. j
