Amazon Gift Card for $75 was lost and even with purchase receipt and authorization receipt, Amazon refused to compensate. Retailer won't reimburse either and advises to contact Amazon.

Vicious cycle! On same day, Amazon credited us for half the price of duplicate shipment on Rover 2.0. What? This is stealing, folks!!!

There is absolutely nothing that Amazon has that I can't buy elsewhere. I hereby boycott Amazon and encourage others to do the same. I was burned on 2 Christmas gifts from Amazon and promise you that it will never happen again. Shameful operation of business!

There is essentially no customer service. It is more of a passive aggressive approach whereas they hope you will eventually give up any hope of resolution.

You call, email to no avail. Amazon is virtually untouchable which is by design.
