Jeff doesn't respond to his emails that's just a big fat lie he told on the internet. If you email Jeff it goes straight to the customer disservice drones as usual. They call themselves "executive" disservice drones but they are exactly the same.

Same happened to me! I called and reported it and they filed a complaint with review board, then I got an automated response from the review board stating they carefully reviewed my account and found I was in violation.

Well it was obvious to me that was b.s. and this was a form letter so I replied to it stating: clearly you did NOT carefully review my account because if you had you would see I was innocent and restored my account!!! About 7 days later they replied saying my reviews and privileges were restored. I replied directing them to this site and letting them know this was a huge problem and not isolated.

So don’t give up! You have to complain at least twice before a human gets involved.

It is not personal, it is decided by a computer and not based on content. It’s based on contact with seller, being reported by other customers (so that technically can get personal but not by amazon employees) and deleting, revising, reposting reviews.

It’s been 6 months since I left this review. What I’m really hating is that I am also banned from posting specific questions about products.

A registered letter that I sent to Amazon using the address provided by pissedconsumer.com was OPENED and returned “Unable to deliver-wrong address.” Very disappointing that Amazon has become so sleazy.

My requests for consideration continually result in the form letter described by Kelly0000. Her comment gives me hope that maybe someday I’ll get results.

I found that Amazon rejects reviews automatically if they contain certain words. Maybe they didn't like the word crank (slang for a drug).

I had one rejected for the word 'cumbersome'. Changing one word can often get it allowed.
