Hello I'm the account holder and I've been going through this with Amazon for 2 weeks talking about the need to verify my address and some fraud was going on in my account but I don't believe them at all I've been fighting them 2 weeks to unlock my account I've been sending in the right documents and it still keep telling me it's the wrong documents so now I'm just really really frustrated now I just really want the account to be closed down and I want my refund Amazon is not trying to give me my money back and see I brought a gift card from my local Walgreens and I added it to my account then I brought Amazon credits on my account and it's still talking about something they need to verify my address but a couple of things came to my house with the same address that's on my account then I would like a refund because I don't know what they ordered I don't know when it was ordered but a couple items came to my house and they were stolen off my porch so I didn't even know when they were coming none of that but yet y'all Amazon lock my account I said I need to verify my address but yet y'all still was sending stuff to my house and it was getting stolen I really would like a refund please
User's recommendation: Amazon don't shop at amazon.
Monetary Loss: $325.
Preferred solution: I would like Amazon to unlock my account in give me a full refund please.
