I am an elderly disabled woman who no longer drives. I found Amazon several years ago and considered them a Blessing because I was able to order so many things I need from them.

I am a Prime member (I have to pay by the month because of my low income); I have bought 2 Kindles, the last one just this last Christmas..I tried the Trial Kindle Books Unlimited, but decided to cancel the end of the time period. I was charged for another mo th anyway!! Then, I tried to cancel the following month, and at first I couldnt even FIND the pathway to cancel. When I finally did, it kept reversing itself!.


I wrote a nasty email and am still waiting to hear. In the meantime, I kedp finding items with different prices between my phone and tablet (and one will have Prime, one wont) What the *** is happening at AMAZON???
