I bought a $500 Amazon card an uploaded it to my Amazon account and bought a TV the next day I bought a $260 Amazon card and by the bed the next day I woke up and check my account in my account said that I was locked out due to information that hasn't been verified I also bought another $190 Amazon card and hasn't been able to use it because I'm locked out my account so I have three gift cards I can't use

User's recommendation: Check with customer service for Amazon gift card complications before buying an Amazon gift card.

Amazon - Triple billed for prime

We should only have one account for prime not 3. Cant get a response back from anyone ever. I need the credit card on file to only get charged for amazon prime and unlimited music. That account is under Ann Leshner. I should not have 2 accounts for the same thing. My name is Mark Leshner. I need my 2 accounts closed and credited back every month I have been charged. That would be for 2 prime accounts. Can someone contact me to resolve this ongoing issue?

If I close this screen I go to my email so you gave me a code I cannot get back to this spot in time to put the code in I've done this many times it does not work I do not know how to get that information when I'm already got this on my screen talking to Amazon leaving another message hey. To top things off, Pissed Consumer asks if you want to send an email to Amazon, which I did, within 5 minutes, I received an email which stated in the first line....."Thank you for contacting Amazon. Email support is not available at this time".

SO YOU CANT CALL, EMAIL OR SPEAK TO A PERSON OR ANYTHING. THEY ARE BLAMING THE VIRUS FOR INCOMPETENCE.

I tried to cancel my Prime membership today and visited their website, it takes you in circles when you click on "cancel membership" you get the Prime 30 day free home trial page and no matter where you look there is NO option that even indicated you can cancel or where to call. When you contact the customer service phone # you get a recording that because of the Covid-19 they cannot handle your calls at this time and it hangs up on you. There is literally no person, phone or email you can get to in order to cancel your Prime membership. THEY GOT A NICE SCAM GOING ON WHEN YOU CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND IT IS COSTING YOU $13.XX EVERY MONTH.

User's recommendation: If you dont really want Prime, dont sign up for 30 day free trial because there is way to cancel it.
