Amazon in Orlando, Florida - Delivery Dates NEVER gauranteed

Very disappointed that Amazon has not figured out how to handle their logistics better for businesses. Whats the point in paying for PRIME account and expecting a delivery date and packages NEVER arriving on date needed when we have informed Logistics that our business is not open after 5pm. Then we keep getting a delivery has been attempted but the driver does not make our delivery their first priority the next day to deliver!!! Its as if they could care less on continuing to keep customer service. (Just wait till this keeps happening to other businesses...it will hurt AMAZON eventually). Amazon really needs to work doin a better job on their failure to deliver and make it a priority to deliver the next morning. ***

I live in the Albuquerque area. I have been a PRIME member since it was first offered, but I lived in another city, then. On Tuesday, I ordered something and hopefully today (Friday) it will come. No apologies from Amazon when I called and complained. This morning (Friday) I compared shipping something to my old address and then to my ABQ address. If I were still in my old home, I would get the item THIS SUNDAY. At my ABQ home, the same item won't come until TUESDAY! I'm done with PRIME.

I am right there with you. I too am a Prime member with approximately the same spending rate and I too am cut off from giving reviews and asking questions about products. Amazon is chasing away it's best customers.

complete fraud. amazon started charging my card fraudulently and after 3 months of phone calls they refuse to cancel the account.

they told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

worst service I have ever received. how can they get away with this???

I've been an Amazon Prime Member for about two years. In those two years I've seen a decline in the delivery service. What was delivered in the two days as promised now takes longer for "processing". Recently they started delivering certain items by their own delivery drivers. Purchased an item as an Amazon Prime Member last month. This last item I purchased as a Prime Member came late by a very rude delivery driver. No longer a Prime Member as it just expired and I decided not to renew. Got an email today asking for the review of the product I purchased. Since the seller was new and I was happy with the purchase I wrote a favorable review. The review got rejected. Read the terms for reviews and I have to have either made a $50 purchase OR be an Amazon Prime Member. My purchase fell short of the "terms" by $3.01. Never heard of such a thing! Way to alienate both buyers and sellers Amazon. Taking my business elsewhere. For all those who are Amazon Prime customers Amazon will STILL alienate you with their declining service. Not only this but it is little more then a pre-paid shipping plan. Sure other services are included, but seriously do you really use that cloud or photo storage? I can see benefits like Prime Video (even though other paid streaming services are much better). However, when I shop at a store I don't think about storage! Useless add ons to make the "benefits" appear greater. Scam, scam, scam...

I agree with this, I've been a customer since 2012. Just last month I rescubscribed to amazon prime, only problem was my card didn't have enough on it.

Amazon movie played for 5 minutes then stopped and said my card was declined. So 5 days later when my SSI benifits posted I tried again with success. Then I noticed my prime would be due again only 3 weeks after paying. Customer service agents argued with me that the transaction was successful, and I did definitely have service the five days before signing up again.

No, I didn't and I asked them why if I did have their service would I spend another $14.03 after only five days?. They had no answers and they also were not about to do anything to fix the problem. They actually apparently thought I'd just let their screw up go and allow my account to be charged wrongly again.

Nope, I just got through chatting again to tell them why I'm ending my association with Amazon on October 20th!. No more arguing with people reading from a script their rich billionaire bosses gave them while not helping anyone at all ever.

I have been a prime member for a few years. At first, the movies were fairly current, now, they feature the same old movies for months... and some have been featured for more than a year. They raised the price of a membership and then charge you for current movies at an extra rate. I think its time for netflix. Prime memberships are the biggest ripoff.... walmart is offering free two day shipping with no membership.
