That is what I have been experienced with my last 3 shipments!! One has never beenarrived, one was supposed to arrived in 2 days( which SHOULD BE the PRIME MEMBER does) but I got it 5 days later, and the last and worst one is the " SAME DAY DELIVERY" got delay and i will get it the next day.

When i was trying to talk the one of the customer service lady about my frustration, she was very not helpful and just asked me if i want have a refund or have me myself to call the carrier to re-delivered the items. That is very disappointed.

As of now, I will no longer get into a series on amazon! It appears they can never put fourth the effort to continue it! My wife and liked “Mad Dogs”, “The Collection” and “Good Girls Revolt”. At the Post Office Carrier Annex picking up a package, I noticed a hand written sign for employees. Evidently FedEx, UPS & DHL drops packages off at that office & has USPS finish delivering the packages.

People that complain about vendor service are the reason a lot of vendors won't ship to Alaska. Please don't ruin it for the rest of us patient customers. (I live five hours from Anchorage at the end of a rural road and general delivery post office is my only prime option and I APPRECIATE IT.

I'm front desk at a business complex and I'm SO over Amazon's (new) delivery service. Their subcontractors aren't remotely interested in delivering to the right place (most business locations have Receiving Departments!).

They've left things in unattended lobbies. Security has found Amazon packages left outside dock doors! They tried to deliver packages that weren't even addressed to our location. I tried to contact a real person at Amazon who cared - Good Luck!

The last few years, I did most of my Christmas shopping online with Amazon. Until they close their sad disaster of using subcontractors to deliver their packages I'm not ordering anything from Amazon.

Every time I have order a item it never arrives second day as I have paid for with PRIME. When contact them the same old *** about item not in a closer warehouse, etc. Even though it clearly states, available, in STOCK, for PRIME delivery. Then they tell you if their 5-6 day wait is unacceptable then CANCEL your order. Their answer to customer fraud based in Breech of contractual agreement of paid for PRIME delivery. They are robot, parrots that keep saying the same thing. Many sound as if you are talking to INDIA or some other country. Amazon are liars and thieves as far as I'm concerned. Take your money for something they do not deliver.

The actual culprit may be the USPS, not Amazon. The post office has taken over a large part of Amazon's deliveries and in the main works well, but you must remember the post office has not been reliable for many years now. It is cheaper for Amazon to use the post office, but quick delivery will suffer.

I forgot to add that when I spoke to CS tonight, the 2nd lady I talked to changed HALF of my order so it would arrive on Friday instead of Monday, which is what it should have been. She told me that she "waived" the 1 day expedited shipping cost so I would get it on time. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by getting half of my order here in time.

We have been paying for prime for over 4 years now and have spent thousands of dollars ordering off Amazon, ordering multiple times per month. Up until the last few days I have been pleasantly satisfied. Now I am disgusted with Amazon, their customer service, and their lack of appreciation of their loyal customers who spend a lot of money that they could be spending elsewhere. We have always loved getting free 2 day shipping and rarely had problems, until recently. While placing orders, it may say 2 day shipping is guaranteed, BUT! ONLY if you choose 1 day shipping at checkout and PAY extra to get it within the 2 days. Why should I have to pay extra to get my items in 2 days when I'm already paying $100+ per year to get 2 day shipping?! The order I placed today that said would be here on Friday, now says it will be here on Monday, 5 days later. I called customer service and spent over 40 minutes on the phone with them, 3 different people, and NONE of them seemed to care. I have placed 2 orders in the last 4 days and the only way to have gotten the 2 day shipping, like I always have in the past, was to pay extra. It's BS. It's fraud and false advertising. When I have had issues in the past (only a few times) I spoke with people in the US who I could understand without any issues, and they were very helpful and genuinely cared, and usually extended my membership by a month. I'm not asking for free handouts, I'm just asking to get a service I pay for and to be treated like a customer who is appreciated. I have ALWAYS recommended Amazon and spoken very highly of them. Until now. I will make sure that I will no longer recommend them to anyone, and when I do talk about Amazon, I will be warning people about their horrible practices as of lately. It's sad, Amazon. You really had a great thing going!! It's too bad that you outsourced too much and lost your compassion for customers.

I would like to express how frustrated and annoyed I am with the service I have been receiving with Amazon Prime. If you have members pay for a premium service like Prime, at least give them premium service. It all started with an order of an external hard drive and case (#103-7583033-7891418). I ordered it with Prime's free two day shipping. I only received the case an hour after the expected delivery time. I contacted support via live chat, and the first rep I spoke to was Ash. She processed a replacement order (#115-1066157-9090639) and offered a $10 credit. She also told me the replacement would not be sent with Amazon Logistics, like it was the first time. It was. The replacement order was also late, so I contacted live chat again, and spoke to Ellery. She told me Amazon was unable to select what carrier service they use. Due to the miscommunication, she offered another $10 credit. I finally received the external hard drive a day later than originally expected. Come to today... I was shopping for a camera for my vacation in October. I found the Cannon Powershot (#102-1035491-0983449). At the time I ordered it, it showed "FREE PRIME SAME DAY DELIVERY" by 9PM tonight. Come 3:45pm, there was no tracking information, so I contacted live help again, and spoke with Naved. He told me it wasn't going to ship until 11:15pm tonight, and not be delivered until tomorrow.
