Amazon - I am VERY upset!! Can't get into my account!!! Closed my account

I have been as loyal amazon prime customer for years. I have been locked out of my account due to suspicious activity. i can't get a hold of a person that speaks good english or that will give me any answers. I am seeing a bunch of amazon charges on my credit card and I need to know if they were purchases I made or not. I need someone to contact me ASAP. 360-359-2919 is my phone number. I have NEVER had bad customer service and now for 4 days it has been awful!! I can't check my orders, use ANY of my devices, this is *** They closed my account I cant even see what has been ordered.

Amazon - Multiple charges on multiple credit cards

2 credit cards were being charged for prime membership for months! Not being tracked by name but by credit card number! I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then asking me if I want to speak to someone from US. Of course I want to speak to someone who understands English. Very frustrated

I was charged 3 times within 3 weeks with $12.99 for the membership. I'm so disappointed! They are taking advantage of you! I hope I can recuperate the money. Canceled the membership immediately!

I am a senior low income customer. I did signed up with amazon prime for a year b4 i was cancelled and i had to renew. Before i renewed i was charged $5.99 on june 21st and June 29th, 2020. The membership was under Dsvaligura@gmail.com. Also i just sighned up with my Ebt card again. At a student rate. And im a senior not a student i have a hold on my Amex for $6.89 it says prime shipping club. I only want to be charged the $5.99 After the 30 day free trial ends. I dont understand why there is all these charges. If not please credit back the over charges to my amex account. Thank you
