I have spent over a week trying to setup an amazon payments account. I get the same standard response saying they are reviewing the material and 12 hours later that they did not get the verification documents and the account is locked.

It is going in circles and there is no way to contact Amazon verification/setup team.

The customer service tell me to send an email and the cycle repeats - I get the same 2 automatic emails and then the account is locked again. How can this cycle be stopped? How do I get this payments account setup.

Any suggestions?

Contact your bank because Amazon Payment approval is quick. I am 100% sure your bank has blocked you from using Amazon's service not Amazom.com!
