Just got off the phone with Bank of America fraud department. They have been overwhelmed with Amazon prime charges appearing without approval of their customers.
In my case I had 4 charges, 4 days in a row, for Prime... each day I called AMZN and each day they said they'd reverse the charges....but they just kept on coming.
What a terrible disgrace....angering customers for a measly membership fee.
I removed all my payment nethods from my acct and AMZN will only be my last option going forward. I've spent about $10k with them over 15 years: that loyalty came to an end today due to their deception about Prime...
