I never aware that they charge me prime memership fee . When i checked out for 2-3 shipping. So they charge me memership fee. Ridiculous. Now i find out called them to cancel and refund my membership fee. They refused to refund me. This company is scram. Stolen money from everybody who like me.

I have a similar situation , amazon charged my credit card $ 99.00 without my permission for this prime thing which I never ordered from them. I bought a new phone and downloaded the app and there it was , amazon prime which was free.

I did not know I was going to get mugged for 99 bucks from a trusted site like amazon. So I called costumer service and canceled the prime thing , now trying to purchase 3 thumb drive and the shipping is more than the product. Omg amazon I've been a costumer forever and this is what you'll do for $99.00 when I buy more than that on a monthly basis.

Ok amazon you do the math! Amazon will be getting a lawsuit from me , I promise.

Maybe you should READ WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! It clearly states you will be charged for the entire membership if you do not cancel your free trial. Own up to your error instead of blaming everyone else.

Amazon Prime UK is a scam

Ever since they stopped using Collect+ for delivery, prime is no longer a one-day delivery service. The alternatives provided are not even close to collect+. And the third party delivery providers won't accept timing preferences or calling the customer. And the customer service guys are trained liars. All they talk is pre-templated ***. One *** just said he cancelled my prime membership from renewing next year. And when I check it after an hour in my account - it was still on auto-renewal. The guy I spoke to before him said - he added my delivery preferences to the order which was the biggest LIE of the year as another (Supervisor level *** when asked on the next day) was not an option for that order and he don't see any instructions left for the order by the previous fool.

Yesterday I sent back a bunch of stuff I needed to return to AMAZON oh wait that was in Monday9/15/2015 we'll apparently I received an email today stating they had closed my account so I emailed them back an all they could say is after closely reviewing your account we now have to end our business relationship. NEEDLESS TO SAY I EMAILED THEM TO LET THEM KNOW NOT ONLY DO I WANT A REFUND FOR MY PRIME MEMBERSHIP I ALSO LET POLITELY KNOW SINCE THEY CHOSE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A REASONABLE EXPLANATION I LET THEM AND THE AMAZON STORE CARD KNOW THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE ON THE ACCOUNT. I went on to say I plan to contact the FTC and The BBB as well as contact the general attorney if they do not take care of it. I AM ALSO THINKING OF SUEING THEM FOR DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE I DID NOTHING WRONG
