The search interface sucks for products and videos. I have a whole report of refunds that were never received on my credit card that equal $4000 as well it’s horrible!!!

My company was using Amazon to sell products, (to keep up with the market) we have lost more money with Amazon not supporting sellers. We have had Amazon accounts hacked and placed fake orders where we ship out $1,000 items only for it to be a fraud charge. Amazon then tells us we are out of the money and the product. They also charge a monthly fee to be a seller then a 15% free when the item is sold which we basically break even after shipping. And we have to sell it at that price because Amazon sells this item directly. Amazon makes online selling an unfair playing field and makes sure that small business does not survive.

Importcds - Very Slow shipping, no tracking #?

Ordered through Amazon. Tried to cancel before shipment and found out the next day it was shipped and charged to account. This company offers no tracking on orders and shipping can take 7-30 days. Did some investigating and found out some interesting information. The address they are using to ship from is... ImportCDs.com DirectToU, LLC Alliance Entertainment also the #SDF7 Amazon Fulfillment Center 300 Omicron Ct. Shepherdsville, KY 40165 United States Seems odd that these companies all occupy the same warehouse. The shipping is not guaranteed by them but there is fortunately a timetable set by Amazon. Still waiting to see if it arrives before that date.

So basically you didn't read the fine print and now you're pissed you had to pay a re-stocking fee. You're one of those....a major part of the problem. Glad you won't be bothering Amazon anymore.

Echo Plus & Dot - The "Arrives and Departs" Routines fail. The logs do show my phone leaving and arriving past the 'Geo Fence' and the Routine commands are issued. However, those commands don't perform the task. Complaints to Amazon CS result in lame-ass excuses and promises of a 'fix' would be coming soon. ONE MONTH LATER and no fix. Provided a poor review rating on Amazon only to have Amazon reject that review. Manipulation of customer reviews?

Amazon pantry

Amazon pantry: wanted to send pantry items to my granddaughter in college but there was no option to send to another address. There was not even an option to choose my payment method. I could only send it to myself. I would hope that Amazon would be better than that (SAD).
