July 13 2019, I have finally ended my membership with Amazon! Is anyone running their logistics division?
Whenever an expensive is supposed to be delivered it gets "lost". Except after going through 5 different customer service reps who repeat the same B.S. and asking to speak to a manager, I'm told there are none available. I did get ahold of someone claiming to be an amzl manager who told me my package was at a facility less than 30 min from my home, but he couldn't tell me when or if I would get it!
Next day I got an email that said my package was lost! I called again, they confirmed my package was there but we're unable to deliver it! The more reps I went through the worse their English got until I was so pissed off I just canceled my membership. And fyi I got the item from Home Depot!
Amazon sucks! WOOT!!!!
