Recently had an order shipped from Amazon that I did not place. Apparently a person with an e-mail address containing my last name placed an order and it was charged to my credit card and shipped to my address. Amazon is claining that it was an unauthorized charge but I don't think so. Why would someone use my credit card to order something and then have it shipped to my address. I think Amazon had a foulup with their computer system.

Their customer service department has been a disaster. They put the burden on you to ship the product back and they play coy when it comes to giving you any information about what really happened. Everyone it would appear is at risk of having orders charged to your credit card if Amazon has a credit card number of yours and they do for anyone who has ever placed an order. This is scary to say the least and I hope everyone will pass along the risk of doing business with this company.

Thank you
