My experience with Amazon is deplorable. So much so that I will use every social medium available to tell my story.

Just an absolutely ridiculous and costly experience while they fumble around. I paid for a Yamaha piano mid October. By the second week in Nov I wrote the seller to say "where's my piano". The seller responded (in an email) that they had meant to let me know they had decided not to sell.

So I called amazon to complain. Here is where they hold me hostage. My money is tied up while they reach out to the seller to investigate. I'm like, investigate what?

It's black and white. I ordered and paid.

The seller is not selling. Give me back my money.

I do not understand why anyone would involve a third party when direct purchase of the item you described from an authorized dealer is as simple as possible.

A Yamaha piano ?

I can think of a dozen places to get that directly with little or no effort.
